The kitchen renovation was done in a timely and efficient manner with a minimum of inconvenience. The advice I was given on design was excellent. Any glitches that arose were addressed immediately. It is a small kitchen so I wondered what could be done with it and how it would look. It looks beautiful and I have had many compliments on it.

Belvedere is the only contractor I have used in the last 15 years. From jobs as small as a sky-light repair to a full renovation, including foundation, Belvedere has done them all and the results have always exceeded my expectations. Don, Charlie, Jay and the entire Belvedere team are a joy to work with. I found the work is always to a high standard and the worksite kept clean. Belvedere will continue to be my "go-to" guys for all my reno needs.

First thing to note - Don P. at Belvedere called us back promptly and when he said we would drop by at 6pm that night, he was there even a few minutes early. Estimate arrived on time as promised, work started on the date they said and finished before the agreed completion date. They cleaned up every day, kept us informed of progress and did everything they contracted to do (ever more frankly) on time and on budget. I would recommend Belvedere, and Don P in particular, to any friend or colleague. We were impressed from start to finish.

As can be seen from the description of the work, we had waited perhaps too long to undertake some important jobs around the house. The basement had leaked for some 30 years, and our aging friends badly needed a railing in front of the house when they came to visit. All of the work was done in a reasonable period of time. All the workers who came by treated us courteously and very helpfully. Best of all was the project manager, Don Panzine. He always did exactly what he promised to do. And when he couldn't make it to a meeting on time, he telephoned to say when he would be able to come. We have deal with home repair contractor before who suited themselves about when and even whether they would show up. It was a pure pleasure to work with a professional like Don.

We moved into a teeny-tiny bungalow....needed the joining of two small bedrooms into one and the finishing of a basement asap. We are now comfortably ensconced in our "condo in a house" . The project came in within budget, we are happy with the very competent workmanship - exceptionally pleased with outcome. The crew and foreman , Raul, were very approachable and good-natured. They arrived early and stayed late! They cleaned up daily. A pleasant experience for us, from start to finish!

Drawings were affordable & done very proffessionably. The contractor (Donald Pazine-Belvedere Home Improvements) covered each and every part of the job so there were no surprises as the job progressed. Work began and finished on time. The workers were courtious and clean. All materials used were of top quality. Marg now loves to spend more time in the new kitchen than before. Excellant job.

Donald and the folks at Belvedere made our first major renovation easy and pain free. Donald provided us with all of the information we needed to make the right decisions and he monitored all of the tradespeople and the quality of their work (including clean up!). Everything about the work completed was perfect and we're thrilled with the results

Jay and his team were great partners throughout the 3 month project. They listened, they responded and in the end the kitchen is beautiful to the eye. The renovation went smoothly - on time and under budget. They have access to all the resources to make the job go smoothly - electricians, painters, HVAC specialists, carpenters etc.

Contacted Belvedere to get some eaves / soffits / fascia repair work done. Donald was quick, very responsive, and constantly in contact with us. Once the contract was signed, the installer was out the next day to look at the site, and three days later - due in part to poor weather - the crew was out and the work started up. Excellent job, fast, professional and very responsive. Definitely worth talking to about other projects.

We found the people at Belvedere very professional to deal with. Their estimate was reasonable. They always showed up on time. Did a good job and did not leave any residue behind. Definitely a positive experience for us.
