Excellent service! I got a new patio door for my sisters house. I ordered a triple glass door. Guy came on thime, actually I saw him outside sitting in the car few minutes as he came earlier :) not pushy, friendly... Installation also on time, clean and smooth... he cleaned after all mess.. Very happy! We will be replacing windows soon, also with this company. Serg in ssauga.

We have used Beverly Hills Home improvements twice for new windows - and when we need to finally replace our remaining windows, they will be getting another call from us. Originally, we meet with a number of companies but their professionalism and non-pushy approach is what appealed to us. They met their deadlines and their installation team were professional and efficient. Plus, their pricing was on mark with all other providers. They also followed up after installation which was really appreciated. We have already recommended them a couple of times to family and friends.

I had a new beautiful kitchen window installed yesterday (Nov 28) by Beverley Hills - the salesman Dan convinced me to buy an awning window and I love it. The 2 installers were amazing & fast. They even put sheets down to protect my floors and were very courteous & friendly. This is my 3rd purchase from Beverley Hills and I would recommend them to anyone.

My windows developed a very bad mold problem. BHHI came out and said it was a manufacturers defect. Their tech came and filed down the drain holes and told us to clean the windows ourselves, we complained and they came back and cleaned them properly. There is still a little mold coming out of the seams so we asked for some compensation, what they offered was an insult. Now they ignore us, so we have start legal proceedings. Sad they treat customers like this.

The salesman from Beverley Hills was very knowlegable and explained/demonstrated different options and the price within our budget. The project was completed well before timeline. The installer did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job. I would certainly recommend this company.

Beverley Hills is an excellent company. The salesman was very knowlegable and explained/demonstrated the products. He prepared a written contract and everything, including a change I requested, was confirmed in writing. The project was completed well within the quoted timeline. The installer did an excellent job and I found nothing to criticize in what he did. Everything was cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job. I would certainly use them again.

Just had our new front door entrance with side light installed October 9, 2013. Dan, our salesman vistited, provided lots of options. We chose what we liked & he provided a quote plus estimated delivery which we accepted! Sure enough, received a call that our order was ready in the timeframe quoted. Eric & Mark, the two installers arrived & the were so professional. Hope you get them for your install. Very detailed orientated & didn't just clean up in the end but cleaned up several times as they went along! After removing old door entrance, discovered a bit of a rot problem from water leakage at inside door entrance. Eric sent pictures by email & called in estimate for repair & can you believe it, the person at head office said repair floor at no charge to customer! Wow, that is real service!! My wife & I are so pleased with this Company & will need a few windows replaced & they are the Company we will call! Trust Beverly Hills, we did & happy we did! We live in an early 70's house. As part of a larger renovation project, we decided to replace the front door and sidelights and a large living room window, plus a few other smaller windows. Finally, we've upgraded all of the windows in our house. We had worked with BHHI on other projects over the years, mainly windows and a sliding patio door. We've always gone out for multiple quotes each time we've executed a project. I find BHHI to be very reasonably priced and the quality of their products and installation to be very good. The person who came to our house for the initial quote provided good advice about design options and what options were or weren't worth the money. The pre-installation measure was perfect and everything fit accurately. The installer and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently, The small number of items in my "punch list" were addressed to my satisfaction. The company communicated well with me before and during the installation process. I knew when to expect the installers and what I needed to do beforehand to facilitate a good installation. The installers generally did a good job of cleaning up the work site. I would certainly recommend them to any friends or neighbours. In fact, my next door neighbour had their windows replaced by BHHI after reviewing my first installation a few years ago. The windows I had put in about 8 years ago or so, still look and function very well; as good as the day they were installed. My experience with BHHI has been very satisfying.

Three years ago this past August, I met BHHI at the CNE (the Ex) and requested a follow-up call from the company. Several days later an associate called and made an appointment. A sales rep come to my house in the west side of Toronto, near High Park. We needed to replace a door and a third floor window in our near century old home (it will be 100 years in 2015). Chris and his partner installed the door and window and were very concise and clean with their work. Fast forward to this month (Sept. 2013) and I ordered a couple of more windows - this time through Dan. I had compared similar quality and style windows with another big window manufacturer and BHHI's prices were very competitive. The windows took longer to be ready than expected which was a factor of missing an appointment with a busy rep on a Friday before the the Canada Day long weekend. I had to wait for a couple weeks before a different rep could make it to my house. We are renovating and needed to install the windows before the final painting and tiling could be finished. Our intention to finish our renos including the new windows before school started didn't end up happening. A single installer, Lucas, came in from St. Catherines - a long way to come but he was happy to make the drive in. I asked him if he needed a hand carrying anything since he was by himself but he declined help and was able to single-handedly remove both windows from the second story and install two new double-hung windows with full tear outs brick to brick. His workmanship seems very good from both inside and outside the house. He gave me an option to extend the trim on the inside on the fly since there remained a small gap between the three-inch inside trim and the newly drywalled and painted walls. I declined because he managed to close the minor gap with some caulking. The vinyl windows themselves are well-made with the protective 'self-cleaning', low e-glass. Lucas cleaned up after himself and upon inspection after he left, I could only find some very minor clues that there was work done on my house that day. Overall I was impressed with his ability and know how, workmanship and general demeanour. I would recommend BHHI and their installers to anyone who might ask - friend or family. I've had a good experience with this company now, twice.

I used BHHI for our new front entrance. The quality of the product and the service was top notch. The installer was polite kept the area clean and finished in a timely manner. I am planning to use them again for another project.
