Beverley Hills came in and quoted on 13 windows. (AS WELL AS 5 OTHER COMPANIES) They were willing to work with us to get us the quality and closer to the price we needed. Very good follow up and attention to details. The man who came to do the remeasure was nice. The windows were installed by a crew of 3 guys. They had originally requested two days for the install, but they stayed an extra hour and a half on the first day and were able to complete it all. We called them back because caulking was coming off of one spot and they came back the next day and fixed it. Excellent service. UPDATE: We have had the windows for 3 years now and they quality is still great! No issues!

In 2009, I replaced 8 windows and 1 entry door in my home. My house is an old home (over 100 years), and the options of colours and styles were plentiful - the sales associate was knowledgeable, and was able to find a look that was true to the style of the house. Pricing was fantastic, given the amount of work I had requested (less than 10k). Four years later, I have no issues with the windows and door - they are easy to clean, and look great!

This is the second time I've contracted Beverley Hills for window replacement, and have been very pleased with the price, service, installation, and end product. With regards to Sales, Art was nice and professional and able to answer all of our questions. I liked the fact that their office made sure that we rec'd the same salesperson, the second time around. With regards to Customer Service, Kim in the office was excellent (quick, and friendly) with her confirmation, booking, follow-up emails. As for the installation, Archie and his partner were very polite and worked together like a well-oiled machine -- the three windows (one casement, two small side-sliders; all three in a finished basement) were done faster than I expected, looked great, and operated smoothly. This particular job required a little extra finesse because one of the windows we were replacing was in a basement bedroom. It was originally one of those typical small basement windows, but I wanted to make it larger for safety/egress purposes and to brighten up the room. We decided to keep the width the same, but deepen the window, and settled upon a 30" x 44" casement. This required Beverley Hills to knock out some of the concrete foundation blocks, and also necessitated some outside excavation and installation of a window-well by a professional basement/foundation company. Fortunately, Beverley Hills was able to refer a really good and reputable basement foundation company AND coordinated the whole job with them. Both teams jived seamlessly, one after the other: basement guys -- window guys -- basement guys again. There's no way I would've believed it could possibly run THAT smoothly and quickly, but it truly did! With regards to after-sales/warranty support ... I honestly can't say, because the good news is: I've never needed it! This is a testament to their superior product and workmanship, considering the first time I used Beverley Hills was in my previous home, where we lived very happily with their window installation for a few/several years before we sold that house -- we never encountered any drafts/squeaks/sticking/misalignments at all! Based on how professionally and conscientiously they've handled everything else, I'm perfectly confident that they'll be there for me if I ever need support this time around, but I'm optimistic that I won't need to call them again until it's time to have more windows done!

In November, 2011 I purchased and moved into a 65-year old house in Simcoe, ON. The windows were original single pane with a few having cracked glass and all covered with ill-fitting aluminum “storms”. It was always my goal to have the windows replaced. BHHI had a booth at the 2012 Norfolk County Fair so I arranged for them to visit my house. In the meantime, I investigated on-line by reading all the "HomeStars" reviews and examining the "Vinyl Window Designs" and "Window Wise" sites. I liked what I read. The BHHI representative who came was Bill. He brought with him window samples and was extremely knowledgeable not only about windows but also about construction and contracting in general. He was persuasive but not pushy. I watch a lot of Holmes on Holmes and similar programs and Bill answered all my questions in a straight-forward manner. He was with me at my house for almost 3 hours by the end which time I had signed a contract for having all 16 windows in the building replaced. There would be 15 retro-fit and one complete tear-out. That was mid-October, 2012. Within a week, a BHHI installer, Joe, visited the house to take the final window measurements. The windows were ready before the end of November, 2012. The installers were Joe and John ... brothers who have worked together for many years, and it was obvious. They each did their own thing yet almost instinctively knew when and where to be when they had to work together. Being the end of November, the temperature was chilly (there was snow on the ground when they started). For my job, Joe dressed for the weather and did all the outside work and John did all the inside work. They said they would reverse the roles on the next job. The new windows were installed within 2 days but another half-day was needed to finish the outside capping and inside trimming. And what an excellent job !!!! Every window was properly shimmed and fastened then spray foam sealed on the outside AND inside. Joe is a wizard with the aluminum capping and John’s corner mitres are perfect on the inside trim. To finish everything, I wish I could apply caulking a neatly as the two of them. Many friends have also admired the quality of the fit and finish. The windows themselves are great. The double-hung and sliders operate smoothly and the new “Smart Locks” are so functional and convenient. The awning window in the kitchen is perfect with the roll-up screen. The whole house looks so much better from the inside and outside (a big boost to the curb appeal). The most immediately noticeable benefit is how quiet the interior is now relative to outside noises. It is still too soon to quantify any energy savings but I know the house is less drafty and the furnace does not cycle on/off nearly as frequently as last December even though this December was colder than last. Overall, am I pleased? A definite YES. I had been cautioned that BHHI can be more expensive. Now, given the high quality of the windows and the superb installation, I know I received excellent value for my money. I definitely recommend BHHI for window replacement. Additional note: I washed both sides of each window as it was completed ... both as a way to remove the inevitable finger prints, etc, but also to inspect the install and the glass. On the large picture window in the living room I found a few smudges that I could not remove. John confirmed the dirt was on the inside between the panes of glass. He noted the defect on the final inspection report that I signed before final payment. No problem ... I already have an appointment from VWD to replace the glazing unit early in January, 2013. That is no hassle service!!

We were so pleased with the work we had done by Beverley Hills Home Improvements.We had 7 windows replaced.The work done was beyond our expectations.One bay window was very totally custom. The workmanship done was second to none, totally professional.From scheduling, to workmanship, clean-up & price point, we are totally pleased. We would recommend this company to anyone, as a matter of fact a friend of ours just had work done by Beverley Hills, and is also totally happy with this company.

My home was built in 1915 and the original doors needed replacement. Inside and outside molding was a concern since they are extensive and could have been damaged given their width and thickness. What impressed me the most was the knowledge and professionalism of their installers. Pricing, I suspect is competitive in this industry but what sets Beverley appart. in my option, is the quality of the installation and I would highly recommend tthis company, particularly if you own an older home.

Our house is 20 years old and we have used Beverly Hills to replace all our windows. Not only are they perfectionists when it comes to workmanship but they are punctual, courteous, and consummate professionals. I can speak to the quality of their work because we have never had any issue or need to have them return and tend to any problems. They are a company that has integrity from sales to installation, which is not always the case in this industry. Their price is definitely in line withe the product they produce and the results they provide.We would highly recommend Beverly Hills.

they installed new french doors to replace a very old sliding door the installers were very professional and courteous and now my old home looks like a very expensive new home thank you once again for the beautiful doors and new window

Replace my old ugly builder door. My old one was single entry with two side panel. Then find this company at the home show and ask them for the quote. The price is the best I find and they allow me to replace my single entry door to double door then some company can't do it. From the saleman to the guy do the installation and the end of the project. Everything is excellent!

They did a very quick, professional job. They showed up on time, as promised. Cleaned up afterwards, with minimal damage to the gardens outside the windows. I was very pleased with their service and would hire them again.
