This company was very profesional and great to work with right from the beginning.In addition to new Windows they also installed new eavetroughs. The quality of work was very good and even now after 8 yrs there have been no issues.

I ordered a new front door with installation from Beverley Hills. I stayed home from work on the installation date and they arrived right on time. However, the installer immediately noted that the door they were delivering did not match the orientation of the old door currently on the house. After checking his paperwork, he realized that the new door did not even meet the specifications of the paperwork he carried. They left without doing any work on the house and my day off work was wasted. Eventually the proper door was installed, about 3 weeks later. If the product had been checked at the warehouse before delivery, I would have avoided wasting an additional day home from work. The customer service rep I spoke to told me that verification was not possible because she "was dealing with millions of dollars of inventory" and couldn't check them all. I am pleased with the final product, however I am disappointed that there is no verification process in place to avoid situations like mine.

BHHI form the start of the idea of replacing our door to the actual replacing of the door were helpful and made the task seem easy. the installers Jacob and his son in law were kind friendly and did a great job. they cleaned up after the the installation, removed all debris and explained as they did the installation. This is our 2nd time having them do work for us, strongly recommended.

We choose Beverley Hills on the recommendation and pricing of other companies. Our decision was the best. They removed the old wooden windows in our bungalow in Burlington and replaced them with triple glazing, self-cleaning glass. The 2 men that did the work were extremely professional. They worked and cleaned up leaving not a scrap of what took place. I would highly recommend Beverley Hills.

Their pricing was competitive right from the start. Bonuses for signing and air miles didn't hurt either. The windows were ready early and the work men were extremely good. They worked late to make sure that they got the job done on time and the finished product looks great! They worked around our schedule and were amazing.

I was a little intimated by the idea of replacing windows when I knew nothing about what I should be asking. After several different companies came and provided a quote, the customer service, information, and no pressure approach provided by Beverley Hills was just what I was looking for. I am very impressed with this company from initiating this purchase to the final installation of 5 windows. The initial interest in this company was at the 2012 Home Show in Toronto. Arrangements were made, soon after the home show, for a salesman to come to my house. He did some quick measurements, and we discussed the various windows I could purchase based on my needs. Several options were offered, after I made my selection, I was given the price, which I found quite reasonable for what I was getting. In about 10 days the final measurements were done by another person. In about 5-6 weeks my windows were expertly installed in about 2 1/2 hours. I have nothing, but positive things to say about this company. The salesman, workmen, in fact everyone I dealt with was courteous, and professional, above all else the workmanship was excellent, The windows were installed quickly and efficiently, with amazing finishing touches.

We had our 22 year old double doors replace with a single door and 2 side window panels. It looks absolutely beautiful! Three years ago we had our siding replaced. Beverley Hills Home Improvement have very friendly and efficient staff from the salesman who came to our home (Craig ) to the installers. We have a four level backsplit and the job was completed in one day. Our yard was cleaned up very well before they left. I especially like all the colours available for the siding and it was great that we could match the bricks on our house so well. In Februrary or 2012 we had them in to replace our front and side doors and two small basement windows.. The selection of doors with varying prices was very helpful in us making our choice. We love colour and chose a custom red colour to match our bricks and the awnings we have on our windows. Our house looks beautiful and we have received many compliments from people. I have recently just recommended Beverley Hills Home Improvement to a neighbour. In the future if we need any more home improvements, I will definitely call them again. Joanne LeMaire

Everything done on time, excellent follow up from the office. Sales explains everything clearly, not pushy at all. Head office people are very professional throughout the whole process. Installers show up early and did a good job as well. There are couple minor issues that need to be follow up and can't be done on the install date (not installers fault). The service dept called me two days later and booked another appointment. This is why I gave Beverley Hills a 10. It is how they response to issues and rectify it in a timely manner.
