This was our third time using Beverley Hills Home Improvements for windows, shutters and patio doors. After the first installation we never considered shopping around. This is quality work and the result is a considerable improvement in curb appeal, not to mention ease of maintenance thanks to self-cleaning glass.

Old doors were rotting and since we had used Beverley hills before, they gave us a great deal on a new door system. The workers were prompt and friendly and did a great job and left everything clean.

We just ordered more windows from Beverly Hills. The last ones werevput in during this past winter. The wimdows are an excellent quality and theinstallation was fast and professional. Our sales rep. Bill deBoer was relaxed and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all. His great personality was a large reason why we chose to go with Beverly Hills again. Service was professional and well executed. Initial quote matched the final price and the installers arrived at the exact time scheduled. Slight modifications were made on site to accomdodate site conditions.

We had Beverley Hills install aluminium eaves, soffits, downspouts and fascia. Our experience was a good one. We used BH because my folks had used them 25+ years before on their house and I knew the company. I recommended them to another family member who also used them. The only reason I did not rate them a 5 was that their process was a little cumbersome - I'd like one point of contact who knows my story and my file so I don't have to keep explaining myself (though they may have fixed this problem - we had the work done >3 years ago.)

My fiancee and I love our new windows. Beverly Hills Home Improvements gave us excellent customer service from the very beginning, and they gave excellent customer service until the very end, even after they received their money. They were the last of a total of 6 companies I had come into my home to give estimates. Beverly Hills Renovations gave the best price and best warranty. For example, the salesman Dan Imiolo showed me, within a minute of meeting me, the company’s insurance papers, worker’s comp papers, and BBB rating, which is A+. I had a tough schedule to accommodate, but accommodate it they did. The man that did the final measuring came in very early in the morning to accommodate my work schedule, and the windows were installed at my convenience. Anytime I had a question, it was answered either immediately on the phone or the salesman contacted me very quickly by email or phone, even in the evening hours! I always felt respected. The windows are beautiful. The trim and the caulking look superb. Members of my family, who are in construction, love the windows. They, too, were very impressed by the caulking and the trim work. My brother wanted the phone number of the company. The 2 men who installed my windows were very quiet, very focused, and very clean. They left the house and yard as clean as they found it. I highly recommend this company.

We are very happy with Beverley Hills. The product is great and our curb appeal looks awesome, well worth the investment. The crew Gino and Martin were excellent ! We would recommend Beverley Hills in a heart beat.

When it came time for us to replace the front doors to our home we asked about 3 to 4 companies to provide an estimate. Beverley Hills was the only provider that was timely and willing to meet each of our concerns. Their choice of door types and window inserts was unequaled and installation went without a hitch and was thoroughly professional. Unlike some installations we had done in the past, there was no need to call Beverley Hills back, although they were totally willing to return to rectify anything that we weren't happy with. To this day many people and even strangers have remarked on the attractiveness of our front doors. I would not hesitate to call Beverley Hills Home Improvements to do future work at our home.
