Good service from sales staff and installers, They were polite, tidy and professional. Had them back for more work. Will use them for future work and I would recommend them.

We were very happy with the final job, the windows are wonderful and the employees were polite, tidy and professional. We had them back to do more work to the house and as before great employees and great workmanship. We have recommended BHHI to friends and neighbours.

The crew arrived on time, were efficient and polite, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I'm not giving 5/5 on satisfaction because I could not get the exact style of window I really wanted but I am happy with my second choice.

We actually had them contact us more than 6 months after installation to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their service - that was fantastic customer service. Because of this superior customer service, we have recently referred my parents to Beverley Hills as well.

Had all my windows replaced by Beverley Hills Home Improvements in Nov 2011. Overall, compared Beverley Hills to 3 other quotes and found them to be very competitive and affordable. The installation crew were very professional. The install area was well protected, dust was minimized, debris was cleaned up and the old windows were taken away. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!!!

We just had all brand new windows installed throughout our house, 17 in total. We can not say enough, our windows look absolutely amazing and the difference in our home now is like night and day. Goodbye drafty old windows, hello warm and cozy! My guy who worked in the Trades all his life, was amazed and impressed with the professional crew who installed my windows. Rate them at a #11 on a scale of 1 to 10. I am already recommending them to friends and family.

The installers were on time arriving and were very courteous. They worked efficiently and professionally. Our home is a 100 year old farmhouse which of course has its problems. The installers were able to effectively overcome the problems they encountered. Very pleased with the windows and the installation. A word of praise as well for the salesman and the office staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
