We had our windows replaced throughout the house this summer as well as a new back door. Joe and John were fabulous!!! They were meticulous, very professional and just did a great job!!! Our salesperson Bill helped us with our decision making in a way that certainly did not make us feel pressured! Although there were some defects in the pieces of glass installed, Beverley Hills did their best to provide service as quickly as possible....thanks Annette! I would recommend this company to anyone looking at purchasing new windows!!!

Had this company replace a sliding door to much later discover that it leaked. Relayed this to co. when they called to try to sell us more and said they would have someone contact us, never did. As I type, my basement ceiling is about to collapse due to the water leakage that is now pouring through the unsealed door. Which has been leaking for god knows how long into our $40 thousand dollar basement reno. Beside ourselves!!!

Purchased Living, diningroom and 2 bredroom windows in 2009. Purchased 2 Basement windows Sept. 2011. Our windows are beautiful and enhance our home. Delivery and Installation and clean up was impeccable. Would recommend this company to anyone. Our son also had new windos and door installed last year. Very pleased also.

We had Beverly hills replace all our windows and doors this spring. We have Since placed numerous calls to the company with door issues and leaking windows Regret recommending them!

Had all windows & sliding patio door replaced by Beverley Hills Home Improvement in summer of 2003. Both my patio doors have stricks and are cloudy inside the double glazed thermal window. Window have life time warrenty but patio doors DO NOT, makes no sence to me. I can understand one door but both of them no its a manufactors deflective and they don't what to stand behide them.

I researched several companies and was impressed with the quality of product, and knowledge of the sales staff. The product arrived on the day they promised, and installation was completed promptly and professionally. I would certainly recommend Beverley Hills to anyone requiring windows or doors.

We got information and quotes from several different siding and window companies prior to the start of our project. We were impressed with the quality of product that they offered and, as well, were impressed with Beverly Hills Home Improvement from the salesman right through to the completion of the job. The installers were hard working and paid great attention to detail. We would gladly give them the opportunity to do future work.

Last year, I researched window companies and manufactures to select what I felt was the right choice for a large bay window installation. The process and workmanship did not disappoint! In fact, when we decided to have more windows done this year, I did not hesitate to once again call Beverley Hills. Mark (the sales representative) stands out from his competitors with knowledge, ideas and advice. Mark's visit was followed up a few weeks later by Steve, who took the accurate and final measurements. A few weeks later, Manny and Eric were scheduled to do the installation, and once again they did a great job, both inside and outside the home. In each case, all the scheduling was done by the customer service personel, and true to their word, each appointment was on time just as we had arranged. No cancellations, not a minute late! I highly recommend Beverley Hills Home Improvement based on my experience(s).
