I felt they handled the project professionally right from the salesman who came in to the gentleman who did the installation. They knew their job, they did it very quickly and everything was spic and span when they were done. I also had a short time span in which I needed the windows done and they delivered on time.

Although I loved having the original wavy glass windows in my house, they were very drafty. They looked great from the inside due to the wonderful woodwork, but the aluminum storms covering them made them ugly on the outside. The salesman of Beverley Hills was very reassuring in that they were used to similar jobs, and would be careful to retain the original stained glass from one of the windows so I could reuse it later. Beverley Hills was very good about arranging for someone to measure the windows and keeping me informed about when the actual installation date would occur. The guys who did the work were very good, and allowed me not only to keep the stained glass but also several of the wavy window panes. The difference with the new windows was immediate - I don't think we'll be freezing this winter when we sit by the window. Street noise has also been muffled, so I'm quite happy about that!

Excellent service and product. Salesman was exceptionally helpful in fulfilling our renovations requirements. Price was also excellent. This reno has improved our heating costs (and summer air conditioning), as well as increasing resale value on our home.

We had 5 companies come in and quote on replacing our front door and casement window(side light) as well as side door. With the exception of Beverley Hill all of which tried to use scar tactics to increase the price of the custom door/side light we needed. The sales person showed us a few different options running the price gambit and different ways we could do the sidelight and door. Giving us full explanation of pricing and options. Educated us without pressure on the which decision was best suited for us.

After checking out many window companies, we decided to go with Beverley Hills Home Improvement. From the first meeting with the sales rep we meet at the home show, John Noseworthy, to the installation completion we couldn't have asked for anything more. They were courtious, professional and all around awesome. We would definately recommended them to everyone.

I came to the Ex last year and talked to a representative. They came and gave me an estimate promptly and installed my new windows very well. I have no complaints about this company and now they are coming back to do more windows on the 1st floor of my house.

We were drawn to them initially because the windows are triple paned. the windows created a quieter and greater temperature protection in the house. The locks on the window are very friendly and child friendly. The windows also have a great tinting feature that keeps my furniture from fading. A great quality. In the installation they added insulation, where the builders neglected it. When I have problems with the window, they are always prompt in getting back to me and fixing the problem. The worker who did the assessment and estimate was good and honest and considered many factors.

Sold, ordered and installed all new windows and double sliding patio door. Workers were polite, clean, hard working and conscientious. Enjoyed having them around because they were friendly and also did a great job - very meticulous and I am picky.

My initial contact with this company was great from the start. I had a salesman come up to our house and give us an estimate on our windows. The salesman was polite and efficient and did not push for a sale, which was exactly what was needed. He left our house and told us to get back to him once we had decided. Two days later we made up our minds. The no pressure approach worked wonders, we ended up buying the windows and they did a marvelous job. Even cleaned up after they were finished. My wife was ecstatic, nothing to clean up whatsoever. The windows, were and still are amazing. My energy bills have gone down substantially. Thanks to Beverley Hills Windows.
