Beverly Hills is my first call when I have windows or doors to replace. 13 years ago they did my picture window and it is still going strong! They came back for my doors and recently replaced my main floor windows. They will be doing my siding this Fall. Excellent quality and great customer service. I always ask for Mark. I can count on BHHI to give me a competitive and honest quote. No up selling unless you are looking for more! Thank you BHHI.

I'm totally satisfied with the Quality and Workmanship from Beverley Hills Home Improvements. I had 10 windows and front entrance door installed. The job only took 3 days and the workers were experienced and tidy. My home is 64 years old and looks like a new home. I would recommend Beverley Hills to anyone who is looking for quality and price. Thank you for a job well done.

Would not recommend to anyone looking to be satisfied with their home improvements from this company. They do not respond to emails, don't care about you after they have your money, and their representatives will mislead you by simply telling you what you want to hear in order to go forward with the installation. Then after multiple requests to respond to emails, we were finally offered a rather insulting 5% off on a future purchase or a gift card to the Keg, as if that was supposed to compensate for something. Their workers also left a ton of wood chips and broken glass outside the house after they replaced our old windows, and even complained about having to come back and clean it up.

The workers did a stellar job installing the front door and also installing 2 awning windows plus 3 fixed windows in the basement. They were professional and cleanup the place after the job was done. I certainly recommend them.

Initially, our experience with Beverley Hills Home Improvements was positive. The sales rep was knowledgeable and we felt confident in their services. We have used other window companies in the past but this time we needed construction done at the same time. We had an entire house of windows and 2 exterior doors with construction on rebuilding the opening of one door completed. During installation, the crew would disappear or not show up to the job site. I called the office and would be told "yes they are at the site" which was untrue since I was there every minute of installation. One of the young members of the crew told me one day that he thought the senior crew members were doing a side job and that's where they kept disappearing. I then called the office and told them of this. The office then told me the crew had a family emergency...the story kept changing and apparently it was every member of the crew with this emergency. Upon installation of my lock, the crew blamed me that the brand new screw was stripped and they were unable to install the lock. How is this possible that out of a new package, the screw was stripped? So, without telling me, they left the house without a front door lock! They left my house completely open to anyone to walk right in!!! They returned a couple of days later to fix the lock after I called very upset at the office. They "fixed" the lock. About a week or two after installation, my lock broke. We were unable to use the code feature or the key! In the middle of the night, we had to call a locksmith to come and cut the lock off the door. When he removed the lock, he showed us that the company had drilled the holes incorrectly which caused the lock to break. So, now we had to replace a $250 lock AND pay the locksmith to cut the lock and replace it AND our door is damaged from the initial installation. Well, it is almost a year later and Beverley Hills has stopped returning our calls for a replacement door. We have given up hope they will stand behind their product and installation. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. They have caused us a lot of money and stress. The only reason I give them 1 star is because the windows are good.

We were very happy with our service and honest quotation. Friendly reliable and efficient and affordable. We felt we bought what we wanted not what we were sold. Date and time for install was kept as i had to take time off work to meet them. This was an important fact to me.Would highly recommend them.

we have a sliding door replaced about 5 years ago. It still works great and looks great. we are planning to have another sliding door replaced in the next couple of weeks by BH

Had a pleasant experience with BH until I needed warranty service! Took 1 day off work to have a tech come in and say a slider is to be replaced, 6 weeks later manufacturer came to replace and it didn't fit, 6 weeks later and another used up vacation day at my expense, I receive a call morning of service saying the slider replacement didn't meet quality. I asked the manufacturer to escalate my concerns and didn't hear anything back - followed up with BH same day and they said they would "look into this" and genuinely seemed to care, but they never called back. Followed up again, spoke with service and still no response back. This whole process has cost me 3 vacation days, and a lot of annoyance! I question their loyalty to paid customer when the cost falls back to them from a warranty issue.

Do not let this company move and replace an outside door. I have had to request drywall repairs 3 times in my bedroom after a door was removed. It still is a mess. I'm trying to repair it myself. Very frustrating and disappointing

Beverley Hills installed a new front door at my home. The sales team, customer service and installation was stellar. The quality of the door is beautiful and the installers were clean and efficient. I would recommend this company.
