We needed a new Bay window, we got one. Looks awesome from the street. Mark..our salesman was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company to install any windows or doors.

Beverly Hills home improvements were very friendly and professional. The storm door installer was very experienced and went over and beyond his work duties. He was very nice and repected my house. I would highly recommend him and Beverly Hills.

I had a terrible experience with this company. When I first complained about issues, they sent over workmen who made the issue WORSE!! The controller of the office refuses to contact me about my complaint. The women on the phones have tried to be helpful but have no power to affect change. This is what happened... I needed a front window, an attic window and a back door replaced in a Hamilton house. 1) I said i needed an attic window. The salesman told me which one i needed. He was wrong. The measurement guy had the salesman guy change the type of window needed. It was installed on a slant. I was told afterwards i had to have a slanty window because a) old house b) that's what i picked. All that is an excuse for the fact that i was told to order the incorrect window for the job. At no point was i warned the window would not be straight on completion. 2) Unfinished installation in attic ... only sealed 3 sides of 4. Seals they did put in were messy. 3) installers wrecked my wall around back door. Took much drywalling to repair. Matchbook sized tears in three places. Unsealed seams all around. 4) Unfinished installation of back door. No cocking ... i could see the outside around the closed door. 5) When they came to "repair" issues... shrugged at window and splattered some smelly ripply white sealant on my wall. So bumpy it has ruined the wall. No care or workmanship. Hardly a high end install. 5 mins tops. And very rude and dismissive. 6) They left broken glass on my attic floor. A lot. My husband stepped in it. 7) They left a lot of scrap metal and builder scraps all over kitchen and backyard. What respectable company doesn't clean up after themselves? 8) They left weird gaps and installed with bad sealing around front window. 9) They brought dog to job and let it run in my house and poop in my backyard with no attempt to clean up. 10) They kicked aside floor coverings and walked all over my newly installed floors with dirty boots. As a contrast... the marble counter workman rolled carpet to the work area and put blankets underneath work to protect my house. And wore shoe covers inside house. Should have received same from this team. 11) Company failed to compensate or even follow up on my complaints for poorly done job. This is a terrible company. I would advise avoiding them. The windows took 10 weeks to come in and were not worth the wait. It held up my entire project. The workmen also left my back door a big gaping hole with no covering while they worked on the window - letting in every fly on earth? You'd think they would have some sort of covering for a prolonged opening? I'm so upset that the company failed to even contact me after I sent this very serious list of complaints. They have no pride in their work, have no respect for customer houses, and refuse to stand by their work or rectify mistakes. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

First installers were pathetic! They left as one of them hurt themselves. Installed the windows incorrectly, that's what the one customer representative told us. When someone else came they told us the windows were missing parts. This inspector wore his 'paper boots' outside then inside and scratched the hardwood flooring. The windows are still not closing properly as clearly they are not square...we know this and we aren't even professional installers. The 30 year old windows were better than these! Don't let them upsell you to the triple pane...its a waste of money!

Overall very poor service and delivery. This was my third order with this company, so I consider myself a very loyal customer. Trouble started with install crews not having the proper equipment and they told us they "would install the window but could not cap the windows " leaving my house exposed to the elements on a rainy day. Turned out they didn't have roof jacks with them. After a rather heated call with the service manager who defended them , saying "these were his best guys"..they finally decided to buy roof jacks. To make matters worse, they broke the largest window by taking it off the truck and tried to hide this, until my friend took a picture, only then did they offer to do the install later. After this, they were very insistent to get paid, even though they did not finish the job, the two other windows were small ( basement , and single hung) and my total order was approx. 2400. They billed me 1800.00 and said they would be back Thursday to install the new window. Thursday came, no call, no consideration for the forgotten window. I called the office twice, no calls back from the service manager who choose to ignore my requests. The office staff who answered the phones were nice, but management just ignored me like a piece of used garbage. I was then promised a call back from the salesman Art, no calls back and again ignored until I called a 4th time and spoke to the dispatch person who told me they forgot to call and were coming Monday at 930 AM. They didn't show up, I called twice and then they showed up at 1:30 PM, saying they were busy on another order. Customer service - BAD Installation, Staff not happy and was obvious in their actions and disregard for schedule Stay Away if you can, others will treat you better. Windows are ok, price not too competitive but I used them because a good friend works there in sales. Overall - Disaster and to date, no manager will call me and they ignore the complaint,. Must be nice to live this way and to not deal with the people who keep you in business.

Had two upper floor windows and a patio door replaced in my 1940's-era home, where nothing is square and most renovation jobs require some adaptation. Installers weren't thrown, the job went smoothly and the final result looks great.

We had two windows replaced about ten years ago. The upper one has leaked ever since. Because we were told it wasn't the windows causing the leaks we have replaced the exterior stucco and the roof at different times. Window still leaks and they are still looking into it. They also came and replaced one of the window pains at a additional cost because it was showing mold and or condensation between the lifetime warrantied pains? $27000 later we are still waiting thanks Bev Hills

Very professional. Prompt, great work. Loved the follow up and great communication from start to finish. Installer - Dave was amazing !!!! Great attention to detail. So far very happy & have recommended !!

We just replaced our 18 year old builder grade windows with triple pane low E argon windows from Beverly Hills and we couldn't be happier. Salesman Mark was no pressure and knowledgeable. Steve who confirmed measurements provided excellent suggestions on which way the windows should open. Manny and his helper Alex took three days in sub zero weather and skillfully installed all 12 windows and patio door perfectly. I am usually not impressed very easily, but Manny is top notch and if I were Beverly Hills, I would do everything to keep him !! Great work overall guys, nice warm, quite house just in time for Christmas. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install windows or doors.

We purchased a new front entrance Door from Beverley Hills Home Improvements two months ago. The installation was speedy and impeccable. We would highly recommend for new windows and doors. Patricia and Leo
