We renovated our house in 1994 and sub-contracted Binns for the kitchen, which was a custom design. They did an outstanding job advising us, designing and building the kitchen cabinetry. The installations have stood the test of time, and the few times we had some issues, Binns personnel were wonderfully helpful.

To those who are considering a kitchen makeover I strongly recommend Binn's Kitchen. We had our kitchen done 20 yrs. ago and it still excellent. They top designers and trade people.

Our bathroom renovation was completed about five years ago. The bathroom is lovely, but the cabinets did not stand the test of time (and it's only been 5 years). Raymond Binns visited our house and suggested a solution - involving new handles and a repair to the drawers. It looks great now and I'm very satisfied with the service we received.

Binns is absolutely fantastic. We have had TWO Binns kitchens installed, in two different homes (a century-old house and a quite-new condo). Binns' creativity, care and artistic design worked in perfect sync with our needs and particular requirements (one of us is a chef) for full-on-professional equipment and volume capacity. Binns delivered on time, on budget, quietly and the result in both cases was an award-winning kitchen, featured nationally. The craftspeople, site managers, designers and business managers were all on top of our projects at every turn. MORE than satisfied! On a scale of one to five, they have always earned a six. We have a 40 year old, 3800+ square foot home and have renovated every single room - so we have worked with several renovation companies and installers. Binns kitchen and bath has by far been the most professional, thorough, creative team we’ve had the pleasure of working with. Our kitchen is stunning, our project from design to install was done immaculately, within our budget and on time (actually we ran a bit early in delivery of our cabinets). I’d highly recommend Binns. Shaun Binns showed creativity, knowledge and resourcefulness every step of the way – he helped to bring to life a very unique island for us and proactively offered many creative solutions to some of the structural challenges in our kitchen. He is also very practical and mindful, he took many things into consideration in his design that we didn’t fully appreciate until the kitchen was finished. Our project manager Patrick and installer Adam took complete care and pride in our installation – they addressed every element of our kitchen installation as if we were the only clients they had and our kitchen was their highest priority. Even our tile installer was fantastic, we chose a difficult tile to work with, and as I watched him install it I was very, very grateful that Binns had him as a resource. He took a great deal of pride in his work. In terms of price, Binns is not inexpensive – but if you’re looking for a custom kitchen, then they definitely are not over-priced. You do get what you pay for and they are worth every penny. The entire process was great and the finished project is exceptional. We absolutely recommend Binns.

Kitchen reno done in 2003 and we still love it. About 3 weeks ago one hinge broke and door came off. Patrick at Binns found a replacement after a bit of a search , , , NO CHARGE. Now that's standing behind your product!

21 Years ago Binns Kitchen & Bath Design completely renovated our kitchen to our 100% complete satisfaction...right on time for our first Grandson's Baptism Celebration! To this day, compliments continue on the craftsmanship and design of our beautiful kitchen! Our Acorn Kitchen Cabinets came with a Lifetime Warranty. The cabinets look and work as efficiently as they did in 1994! We won't ever need to change or replace them. We wanted to update our original KWC kitchen faucet....and where did we go? Only to the most honest and trusted kitchen designers...Binn's Kitchen & Bath, who installed the original faucet. It felt like coming home, when we walked through the doors! The Binn's Family greeted us with open arms! We walked away with our order for a new KWC faucet and 2 soap/hand cream dispensers! I had the opportunity to work with Binns Kitchen + Bath Design in Pickering, ON. Shaun Binns and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Shaun was most helpful as he stored our kitchen, and all appliances until our home was built. Shaun also helped us with technical specs to purchase the best hood fan for our gas stove. The kitchen is the heart of our home and I would highly recommend Binn Kitchen + Bath Design.

In 2007, we sourced Binns to upgrade our condo's kitchen & bath. The design and installation were done beautifully and professionally, to our complete satisfaction. Recently, a relatively minor problem developed with a bath faucet requiring assistance from Binns. Pat Farrell, Project Manager on our original installation, persevered to obtain the replacement part and have the repair completed for us. This followup service was excellent, solved our problem, and speaks very well of the followup sales support by Binns.
