We tried to find what we were looking for at two different stores before going to Brampton Hardwood. They just didn't have the right colors for us. Then, on the recommendation of a family member who had bought all of her hardwood from Brampton Hardwood, we checked them out. The excellent salesperson, Vandana, quickly suggested a great color that we fell in love with. We like what we see so far and if it turns out as we expect once installed, will be back to buy hardwood for five more rooms in our house.
UPDATE: This year when we needed more hardwood we called Vandana and were surprised to hear that the price had increased by $1/square foot. Vandana said that because we are a repeat customer, the increase would be $0.50/square foot. When we still were not happy paying that much of an increase, Vandana became rude, yelled & hung up the phone on me! The next day I contacted the Sales Manager to see if he could help us, explained what happened and he said that he would go and check on stock, but instead, he transferred me back to Vandana! Again was abrupt, rude, yelled, and hung up the phone on me! Needless to say, we purchased our new flooring from another company and are extremely happy with it. We definitely will not be returning to Brampton Hardwood ever again.
