We are very pleased to hear that you were happy with our flooring and prices, Sarah. Our salespeople are highly trained to treat all customers with honesty, integrity, patience and respect. During our warehouse sales, with the extremely high volume of customers over a relatively short period of time, they do however often need to stretch themselves quite thin to care for many different customers at once. We are sorry if this resulted in you feeling any undue pressure, but it was surely not our intent. Please also remember that our managers are always ready and available to help out with any customers who ask for them.

Sorry for the delay during your pick-up, Chris. In order to be your one-stop flooring store we keep a huge amount of varied inventory in stock and it therefore doesn't all fit in one location. We always work hard to get you loaded and on your way as soon as possible, but slight delays are inevitable when dealing with inventory volumes as high as ours. The alternative would be having to order product in like many other retailers. The resulting wait would obviously be much longer, and a return trip would be required. Thats not our way. We appreciate that our customer's time is valuable and want their purchases to be quick and easy.
