We asked for and got a superb bathroom from designer Shana. Construction done by Jordan and Ivan was of the highest standard with great attention to detail. Truly beautiful bathroom!

Quotes are outlandish, the new owner is rude and condescending. Some of the design team have not progressed with the new trends and styles. We have done two major renos with them and have found them pushy and ignorant. They require 50% of your total quote upfront which is ridiculous for any contractor to suggest when work hasn't even begun. They try to steer you into products that they get the best deal on but you pay top dollar for. If I hadn't of done my research on products this go around we probably would have been out an extra $10,000! I would not suggest using Brandom..Answer from pro:
Our design team and installation crews are professional, trained and insured. They pride them selves in assisting our customers with the challenges associated with designing, building and installing custom kitchens and bathrooms. The industry standard is to obtain 50% deposit as your kitchen is customized to your home. Three years ago I would have written a glowing review of Brandom for both their design work and their workmanship. After having some other contractors do work for us I will still give them a great review for design, but not as high for workmanship. They use the "jack of all trade" installers to go plumbing, flooring, electrical and cabinets and we found out after the fact that although the outside of the project looked great, there were some corners cut that left us with cracking floors (since fixed by Brandom so I'll give them credit for that - amazing how screwing down a proper subfloor makes a difference), no proper venting in plumbing fork, a toilet that was caulked not bolted to the floor - issues we have since paid to have fixed by licensed professionals.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

We visited the Brandom showroom and got some great ideas sat down with Jim (designer) and discussed the things we hated about our OLD kitchen - he incorporated all of the things that we wanted to see in our new kitchen and designed any amazing plan for our kitchen, using every bit of space efficiently! Cabinets were ordered arrived on time and they even started a few days earlier than the planned start date - work was fabulous and finished on time! Great Job by Brandom - our kitchen looks like it should be in a magazine!
