They Know What You Need
I have a property in Belleville that needed a new roof/gutters/downpipes. The roof was leaking a few years ago and in poor condition. In this wet season, I am afraid it will leak again. I am not familiar with any roofing company around Belleville area and I checked some local companies' online reviews and I am very disappointed. Finally I found C-Star Roofing on this site and called Xing. As C-Star Roofing is a Toronto based company and Belleville is 200KM away, I was afraid they would simply refuse to come. Secondly, I would like to have the work done as soon as possible, but it is a busy season so I may have to wait for a while. To my surprise, Xing told me their clients are as far as in Kingston and he would book an early time for me. To my surprise, the job was done 3 days after the call and I am 100% satisfied with the result! Very professional, thoughtful and detail oriented. Price is very reasonable/competitive. Thank you Xing! I will be one of your loyal clients from now on and I will recommend you to anyone without reservation. Ben Zhang

Great Job by C-Star Roofing
I am very happy with the re-shingling job on my house ,which was completed perfectly. You really do, get what you pay for .Thank you to Kenny(salesperson) for his professional advice,and follow up on completion. Thank you to Mr. Sing and his hard working crew, for the amazing job they did shingling ,and adding the downspout extensions to my gutters. C-Star Roofing gets a 10 out of 10, from me.Thank you .

New Roof
The takeaway: - 10/10 is not a high enough rating (more like 20/10) - quick - knowledgable - efficient - expertise - quick and impeccable cleanup - kind - We did encounter a minor blip after they left (concerns about some aesthetic decisions they made). I called Kenny to address our concerns, made myself a cup of coffee, believing I would never hear from them again. By the time I sat down to enjoy my coffee, Xing was knocking on our door (yes, they were that quick), ready and willing to address our concerns, while explaining his rationale in a calm and professional manner. As a homeowner, I cannot believe the level of service this company has provided us. As an insurance broker, I highly recommend C-Star for your roofing needs. Astounding customer service coupled with skilled and dedicated craftsmanship. An all too rare anomaly in today’s trades.

New Roof
They had come highly recommended from my Dad and Brother, who both had their roof done by them. I contacted them and they were very friendly and responsive. They made themselves available asap. We were very satisfied with their work they did a great job!!!

Roofing replaced shingles
Last year Mr. Sing replaced the roof shingles in our neighboured .. They were very happy with his work. So this year I engaged his services to replace the shingles of our house and the gazebo. Mr. Sing and his team of six were absolutely professional and completed the job to our satisfaction. House keeping was impeccable and the job was completed in a day. Provided a written warranty. I will definitely him to family and friends. PS. He got another contract on our street to replace the shingles.

new roof
5 start services, the professional manner in which the Smart team handled the job – from the quote, to showing up on the date promised, to daily clean ups, to completing on time and the follow on paper work left me feeling good about a very large expenditure. I will definitely call C-star Roofing because I know I can trust them – great service excellent workmanship and a pleasure to deal with.

New Roof
C-Star did the re-roofing for multiple houses on my street a few years ago and I had the opportunity to witness the quality of workmanship from the crew involved. The neighbours also highly recommended C-Star. So when it came my turn to redo the roofing to our home it was an easy decision.. and I am glad I chose them. In addition to the roofing, Sing did the siding under the front window panels. I am very pleased with the work he did for both the siding and new roof and received compliments on how it shows well. Sing and his crew was very professional, came on time, put in a full day's work and cleaned up any debris in the eaves-troughs or loose nails on the lawn. Thank you Sing and team for a job well done!

Xin is an excellent guy that he does perfect job with a very reasonable price. He is a trustworthy, super nice person to talk to. He came to my house do the job on time and clean up nicely. I would highly recommend C-Star Roofing to anyone who has any roof related problem!

Roof Repair
