What I hoped would be a quick fix for a leaky shower faucet and a check of my water pipes for arrival of a new stacked washer and dryer became a little more complicated. Fortunately I had called Canada Wide Plumbing and averted a problem that could have been a disaster had I tried myself to turn off the main water valve in an emergency as they were seized. I had just moved into my home and called Flavio based on reviews on Homestar. Flavio responded immediately and was available the following day. As it turned out, the pipes for the washer were a quick fix, but Flavio suggested he check the entire system for potential issues. Thankfully he did and handled having the water turned off by the Town of Richmond Hill immediately in order to replace the seized valves and averted a flood in my basement. He also begged and pleaded to get the water turned back on the same day for me - as this was an unexpected turn of events (no small feat these days where the township can leave you waterless for a day or so without a scheduled appointment). Through it all, Flavio and Matt were so helpful, personable and just really great guys. Because I trusted them, I decided to move forward with getting them to install a waste disposal for me at the same time. He also got my humidifier going and gave me instructions on how to set it for winter and summer. The guys were with us for a day and a half - and Flavio did everything he could to make the final bill as reasonable as possible given the excess time not planned and the waiting required for the water to be turned off and on again. I would hire Flavio again in a New York moment. He is fair, honest, and did not take advantage of my situation which as a single mom I appreciated very much. As well, he is just a very warm, caring human being - and feel fortunate that I contacted him because of the great reviews he had on Homestars. If you are looking for a plumber that is responsive, detailed, honest and gets the job done right - Flavio is definitely your guy. (Thanks Flavio and Matt for all your help)

Flavio saved the day for us. After a poor job by one plumber athen a high priced failure by another , Flavio was quick efficient and clean and saved our tenants bathroom. It seems so complicated until Flavio arrives.

Flavio was very professional. He even called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He made sure that I knew what was happening every step of the way and made sure that the job was done and everything was left neat and clean.

Flavio was very thorough and friendly. He came and looked at the problem, offered advice, explained the process and got on with the job. He was very informative and kept involved all the time, I would recommend him 100% of the time.

It’s hard to find a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Flavio is the plumber you can trust and knows his work. I had a ping pang noise in my kitchen pipes which was so annoying over time. The pipes were replaced and now I am no longer annoyed by the sound. I will definitely use Flavio again and thanks for your professional great work!

We were looking to renovate one of our bathrooms and have a stand up shower put in in place of an existing tub. Someone at work recommended Canada Wide Plumbing so we decided to give them a call. Flavio came in and proceeded to get the work underway. During the reno, we decided that we wanted to have the wash basin in the laundry room moved so that it was right next to the washer and dryer. Without hesitation, he got right on it. No complaints with their services whatsoever. Great guy, great company, great work.

I needed to have a hairstylist sink in my basement. I was having a very hard time finding a plumber for the job until Flavio came along and did a Fantastic clean job!!! He is very prescice, and accurate with his work. I would refer him ANYTIME!!! oh and i forgot to mention that he is very friendly.

Flavio arrived, fixed the problem for a fair and reasonable price and did not over charge for a high priority service. He was professional and explained everything thoroughly. He also made suggestions about problems to anticipate before turning on furnace and hot water tank since the water leak had soaked the mechanical components. And he was the only plumber in my experience, who brings a fire extinguisher on the job site! Highly recommend his services. Rob

We had a great experience with Flavio from Canada Wide Plumbing. He is very professional, his work is very good, he consistently cleans up after every little bit that he does. And most of all, for the work that he does he is very cheap. My job consisted of breaking 2 walls, working in a tight area and having very little time to get it done and he did everything in record time.

Shower plugged, decided to use draino made things worse; the smell was ridiculous. My husband tried to use plugger no luck. Water just kept coming up! My daughter-in-law and my son suggested to call a plumber so we called Canada Wide Plumbing on Friday and He showed up Saturday afternoon. Ten to fifteen minutes and the problem was resolved.
