Excellent quality of work, timing and reliability. We highly recommend Flavio and Matt. Our toilet was making weird draining sounds, and we tried to fix it before calling a plumbing. No luck. Flavio and Matt came over to help us try and fix it, but it would be cheaper to replace the toilet. So with the toilet sales at Home Depot and City of Toronto rebates, we decided to replace the toilet. Matt came back promptly at 8:30 a.m. the next day and replaced our toilet. Excellent install job, and a nice guy. Flavio, you have a great assistant with you - don't let him go! Came in right on time and budget of what we were quoted, which was very reasonable. I'm glad we found your company. Will definitely call you for future plumbing jobs. Have a great summer guys!

Flavio and his ass't were efficient, honest, informative regarding other plumbing issues. Before they left, the work performed was triple checked to ensure the line was cleared. They were the only ones of 3 others contacted on this service that quoted a price point from the symptoms we described before coming out. Flavio was focused on the job at hand which gave us confidence in his integrity.

On friday we called Flavio because on thursday night we had a big storm and our storm pump backed up in our basement. Flavio and Matt arrived promptly and started working against the weather on Friday afternoon. They removed the old pump, which was burnt out and they went out of there way to supply us with a bigger stronger pump.. This is important for running our daycare centre, to relieve future pump problems. They also suggested a backup pump system and that our catch basin outside be cleaned out ASAP. There after I had them back on tuesday and wed to clean our catch basin outside and completely flushed it out to prevent a backup like this. They also did some maintenance in our facility to reduce our high water cost. The service they provided was as follows, replace some flush valves and flappers on about 10 toilets which were continuously running. Therefore they were effecient, proffessional, curtious and cleaned up after their mess. We've been calling Canada Wide Plumbing for years and we recommend Flavio and Matthew to all of our clients... I had a drain clogged in the laundry tub in the basement of a 45 year old home. After getting one quote for $300 to snake it, I had another plumbing company come in for a second quote. They told me that snaking it wouldn't be enough, that we had to replace the entire drain pipe all the way from the upstairs kitchen to the main pipe under the concrete floor, at a cost of $2500. I had the feeling I was being taken, so I looked at the reviews here on homestars and decided to call Flavio. Within 2 hours of my initial call Flavio had fixed the problem. He saved me thousands of $$$ and has earned my complete trust. We have already arranged for him to return to do some other work that we've been putting off for years, now I have someone I trust to do the job. Thanks Flavio.

We call Flavio to have our main drain cleared flavio was truly great he came over provide us a quote and when't to work. After unplugging our drain Flavio offerd to do a camera inspection wow the drain was full of grease. Flavio explained to me that the best way to deal with this problem was to power wash our drains, well after i saw the video i desided to let him do the power flush and when he was done Flavio put the camera in the main drain and what a difference. Flavio thank you so much for all your hard work i will came you for all my future needs..

Flavio and his trainee Matthew installed a new laundry tub, replaced existing old copper pipes and drains. They were professional, most polite and cleaned up once the job was completed. Matthew suggested the frost hydrant as my husband was concerned with the existing plumbing to our back yard becoming frozen in the winter. I will certainly call Flavio for future plumbing needs and highly recommend him to others.

My wife and I bought a resale home in October of 2008. The previous owners of the house ran copper pipe outside in the back yard from the basement that froze and was leaking. According to Flavio this was totally against plumbing code. He quoted me a reasonable price to remove that plumbing completely and run a new frost hydrant with a proper shutoff valve from the basement. He was able to get the job done around our schedule so we didn't miss any time from work and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete. My wife and I are very thankful we hired this company to do the work.

We did not get hot water and got the company who maintains our water heater to come check it out. He said it was the mixing valve and suggest I get a plumber. After going through this website, I got in touch with Flavio and although he was extremely busy, he came after his last job. Flavio was full of energy, knowledgeable guy, and very friendly. He fixed it in no time. Instead of charging us an arm-and-a-leg to change the valve, he did something miraculously which we know is a temporary fix. If it fails again, he will come back to change the valve and is willing to give me a discount. He's totally customer oriented, always thinking on our behalf. I absolutely love his service and will definitely recommend him to others. It's hard to get good contractors know a days and I'm very happy at least there are still honest, hardworking contractors out there.
