Once again Falvio and the Canada Wide team to the rescue. I came into my daycare one morning and found that the building was very cold. The heating was not working, because the furnace was about a foot under water. My basement,actually the crawl space that is about 3 feet high and has a dirt floor. So I jumped down to see were the water was coming from and to my surprise I sunk down about 2 feet into the dirt. The water was coming from the ground itself. I called Canada Wide Pluming and way, understanding the type of business I own, they came out right away.It turns out that because of the quick thaw, the water was coming up from the ground and I needed a Sub pump & Tank installed near the furnace. Its was a huge job and took many hours to complete but Flavio & Matt never gave up, even while they were digging the water kept on coming up, he never gave up. The job was completed in 2 feet of mud and water, what a mess. Flavio & Matt cleaned up the mess, in and outside of the building and I was ready for business the next day. I came home from work yesterday to a pipe that was broken and spraying water at the furnace. I called Flavio and made arrangements for him to come by and do the emergency repair. He was prompt, thorough and professional. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to a friend.

Flavio has worked on rental properties, both commercial and residential, for my family. He is reliable and always careful to explain what is needed. We appreciate that he looks for the most cost-effective solution to the problem and explains all options to us. When any work is needed, I do not hesitate to call him.

Flavio is a very good plumber. He is honest and his work is excellent. We hired him for the plumbing work in our recent bathroom renovations. He also took the time to help us with the fitting of the customer cabinets. He was dedicated to his work and his customers, and he didn't rush his job. He made sure that his customers were happy when he left their house. We would definitely like to hire him back for more renovations. We now also know who to call if we have an emergency plumbing work.

Saturday morning my basement was flooded. Being it was easter weekend I was having trouble getting a hold of a plumber so I went online and found Canada Wide Plumbing & Mechanical Services Inc. on this site, so I gave them a call, to my surprise Flavio actually answered not a answering service. I told him my problem he said he was just leaving a function and he would come by, but he wasn't sure what he could do, because he had his dress close on. To make a long story short he came over within an hour and actually fixed the problem I had to help as he was in his dress close so I didn't want him to get too dirty so I helped a little. It ended up that my sewage ejection pump was jammed by a small face cloth, that my wife had let slip down the drain the day before. We took apart the pump and took out the cloth and every thing was back to normal. I will never call another plumber again!

Even after reading a bunch of good reviews it's only human to wonder, is this company really as good as they say? Well, all I can say is when it comes to Canada Wide, you can put all doubts aside. Flavio & Matt stepped in to help fix the mistakes of a previous contractor and did an amazing job at a very fair price (significantly cheaper than one of "the big name" companies I had contacted to estimate) The guys negotiated a whole series of problems - including my very curious cat always getting under their feet - and always cleaned up nicely when they left for the day. Bottom line is that Flavio takes genuine pride in a job well done - that's too rare a thing in my experience.

Once again Flavio to the rescue, this is the second time that I have used Canada Wide Plumbing for a repair at my daycare centre. One of the sinks in the bathroom broke off the wall and damaged the drain. I needed this fixed and fast. So I called Flavio and he was there that same night to start the repair. Since moving into my new townhome, I've discovered several "surprises" which were not obvious when I moved in. I've called on Flavio twice to help, and in both cases he was prompt, reliable, courteous, very competent, and sensitive to my budget. The first time was removing an old garburator and fixing up my kitchen sink. The second was a leaky pipe behind the shower spout which had leaked, ruining my diningroom ceiling. With his special camera, Flavio was able to detect the problem in no time, fixed it, and even recommended a drywaller to fix my ceiling! If you want a good plumber, you can't go wrong calling Flavio.
