Flavio takes his work and his reputation seriously. I was impressed with him after our first phone conversation -- and he was true to his word, doing only what needed to be done to repair a section of the stack that was corroded. Another (big name) plumbing company had written up an estimate that would have had us tearing up the basement floor (which turned out to be unnecessary) and spending $1000 MORE than we needed to! We are on a very tight budget right now, and although the job ended up costing a little bit more than Flavio had initially estimated, his work was careful and thorough and his rates are very reasonable. We will definitely call on Flavio for all our plumbing needs and are recommending his very highly to family and friends!

I had a huge problem ,there was water in the basement taps and none in the upstairs. Flavio came in , found the problem and fixed it right away.Great job.

I hired Flavio for the second time as a sub-contractor during a renovation and, as before, he came through with excellent quality work at very reasonable prices. Even with a glitch thrown in the project because of a retailer messing up a delivery Flavio worked with me to reschedule the plumbing work. I don't call him "The Flavinator" for nothing!

Discovered at the last minute that we needed to get the toilet bend replaced, and our tiling contractor was due to finish our bathroom the next day. Called Flavio after getting a quote from one of the "bigger names", and he quoted me a much lower price. He came out in the evening and hit the ground running - we did the subfloor while he replaced the bend, and we got some excellent advice on a couple of other jobs. Great added value at a great price. He was very thorough and ensured that we were satisfied with his work. Flavio found the most cost effective way to get the job done, rather than taking the easy route. He worked above and beyond the call of duty for us, including exchanging (on his own time) an item that we had bought by mistake. He got the job done in good time so we were without our shower for only one day. Flavio left everything in tip-top shape (no cleaning up for us!). On top of everything, he is very personable and a pleasure to do business with. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend him. We weren't able to renovate our whole bathroom at this time, but when we do, we will definitely call Flavio!
