We had a problem with periodic trickling into our basement drain. From my description over the phone, Flavio was able to correctly diagnose the problem, and make all necessary repairs within an hour. He even gave me a good tip regarding a potential future problem with the drain, with instructions on what to do about it. Flavio was very personable and helpful, explaining at every step what he was doing and why. I've never been very comfortable around plumbing problems, but Flavio was able to put my mind at ease. He has an excellent philosophy of customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Flavio and his company for any plumbing repair needs.
