Flavio was very efficient and professional. The job was taken care of because Flavio made the time to get us out of a bind. We are very very pleased with his services and the manner everything was taken care of. We highly recommend Flavio for all your plumbing needs.

Flavio was professional, competent and courteous. He called to say he would be later than we had agreed due to a family situation, which I appreciated. When he did show up, he did a thorough job, without making more work than was necessary. Left my place clean and tidy, with the problem fixed. Highly recommended.

Flavio came and installed a sink, faucet and water line for our fridge in our new kitchen. His expertise, knowledge and pride in his work are all positive. He was able to complete the work in a timely fashion, kept everything clean and gave us a fair price. I have used Canada Wide Plumbing in the past and will be the first plumbing company I call if I ever have an issue.

One of the conditions for selling my condo was to replace the Kitec pipes inside my unit. I had called other plumbers on Homestars and found them to be rude or when they were giving me an assessment, they were looking at the wrong pipes for replacement pretending that they knew what they were doing. It was upon a recommendation from a friend in the real estate industry who steered me towards Canada Wide Plumbing. Flavio was professional and very transparent (i.e., cost, work effort, product delivery). He made every attempt to minimize the damage to my walls by using a camera. He also showed me some of the deficiencies behind the walls that the builders initially made that needed addressing. I have to admit, the quality of his work was beautifully done. No short cuts. The Uponor pipes he used to replace the Kitec was much more streamlined and better than the pipes other contractors had used in other areas of my condo. I am definitely using him to do an inspection on my plumbing in addition to a regular home inspection for my next home. I can trust him to give me an honest quote and excellent service. If I can recommend anything to people looking for a plumber is to ensure you speak to your plumber about when he expects to have the job done. For me the timeframe took longer than I expected, but I was fine with this because I had already moved out of my condo, as well as I understood there were a lot of plumbing emergencies during the time I asked him to do my job.

Last Sunday water started coming into our basement, Flavio responded that day and was here within an hour. He found an underground pipe that was completely clasped. He dug up the interlocking and used some fancy drain machime and camera equipment to clear the rest of the debris from the pipe and replaced the portion of the pipe that had colapsed. He was very reliable, knew exactly what the problem was and steps needed to fix. He did not make a mess of our front walkway, responded asap on a Sunday and was very reasonable with his price. I would recommend Flavio to anyone in need of plumbing and drain services!! 10/10!

My kitchen sink faucets was leaking. It leaked behind the sink and dripped into the basement. These sort of problems and create such a headache. Everything needed to be replaced. I was going away and need this fixed asap. I called 3 different plumbers and Canada Wide Plumbing was the first to respond and arrived the same day. The work was friendly, fast, neat and fixed!! I would definitely use this company again.

I've been in my house nearly 12 years and it's been an ongoing comedy of errors with regards to the plumbing. It seems like everything that *could* go wrong *has* gone wrong. And I've had terrible luck with plumbers over the years. At least four and none of them reliable. Flavio at Canada Wide Plumbing was recommended to me and I was really happy with his work. My kitchen sink was backed up (yet again) and he was very thorough in his work. He was also good at explaining things and giving advice about minimizing plumbing-related headaches in the future. Flavio was friendly, professional and did a great job. I'd definitely recommend his and Canada Wide Plumbing. ________________________________ 2024 Update A few years I needed additional plumbing help and I sent Flavio repeated text messages. He ignored them all. Once again I have some concerning plumbing issues so I called Flavio. After a few hours he returned my call, got a bit of information and then said "Oh, I'm going through a drive-thru. I'll call you back." He never bothered. Flavio is a good plumber, but he's completely unreliable. If you're too busy or just not interested in the work, then just say so. Stop wasting people's time.

we were very happy with Flavios work, he came to our home to fix a blocked main drain, it was a 4 inch complete grease blockage, he used a camera to show us from start to finish , the pipes look brand new and clear when he was done. It was incredible, we could see the before and after, more importantly we got our sink back to use and peace of mind that the problem was fixed. We would recommend Flavios company to anyone with this problem . He was clean ,professional, hard working, and didn't leave until the job was done properly. We are truly grateful!! It was a messy job
