    replaced + installed new kitchen tap in my rental apt.

    For me personally I want to be able to trust a trades person + not have to be chasing them down. I want as quick as possible a return call. Flavio seems to care about his business + follows up + does the job right + explains options + costs. I believe he has intgrity in his work.

    Pipe leak in ceiling

    I called Flavio on a recommendation when I had water damage on my entryway hall ceiling. The leak had also damaged the ceiling below in the basement. Flavio came promptly the same morning, located the leak, dealt with a large mess and repaired the leaking pipe that had caused the water damage. He is very thorough, makes sure to explain everything as he goes, and is also friendly and personable. Flavio also took the time to tell me about another previous repair (non-plumbing) that he noticed had not been done correctly and could cause a safety issue, so I could address it. I would not hesitate to recommend Flavio, and will certainly contact him again for help with future plumbing needs.

    Basement backflow valve and leaking pipes

    Flavio is the only plumber our family will use. We have needed his services over the last 8 years for various issues. Most recently we remodelled our basement and the contractor offered to handle the plumbing but we declined as we only wanted Flavio. He installed a backflow valve and while here looked at the rest of the job being done. Good thing as he found and fixed a leaking pipe the contractor hadn't noticed. Job was done properly, neatly and timely. No cut corners. Flavio is by far the best contracting experience we have ever had.

    Leaky sink and external plumbing

    Flavio came to replace two VERY leaky external water knobs and fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He was very speedy and professional. Everything works great now. I would not hesitate to hire him again for a plumbing job, big or small! Thank you Flavio!

    Pool Leak

    Flavio has tried to help even though the issue I have is out of his area. He even made a visit to my house and give me a few suggestions. A very straight forward and efficient guy. Thanks.

    Toilet repair

    If you ever have a plumbing issue, hire Flavio at Canada Wide plumbing. He came to repair our toilet in our washroom in less than 24 hours. He was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and we highly recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing issue. All our leaky problems went away!

    Clogged Sink

    I'm a repeat customer as Flavio did a great job the last time around. Flavio came out on a Sunday and was very careful to only do what was necessary (i.e. no padding the job to get extra work). He tried clearing the drain from the kitchen but realized that the clog was more serious than first thought. He called his colleague Roy out on short notice who brought heavier-duty equipment required to solve the problem. They showed me the view of the initial clog through the camera scope and then again after the clog was cleared and the pipe cleaned out so I could see the work was done right.

    Main Shut off valve leak

    I went to shut the water off to the entire house to replace a shower cartridge, who knew such a simple task would end up in a leak and an emergency call to a plumber. The valve only turned once, seized and started to leak from the steam. Talked to a few friends for suggestions and recommendations, that’s when I was introduced to Flavio. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule the next day, arrived within ½ hour of his appointment, no fault of his and was done within 2 hours. I couldn’t of asked for anything more. He could have fixed the existing valve but was adamant to replace it with a newer and less maintenance model. I watched his work ethic and you could see he was proud of what he did. The extra time to prep the work and double check to make sure everything fit back in closet the size of a mini bar fridge. The extra time he stayed to make sure everything was dry, the suggestions made in not running into to this problem again. I give him a lot of credit, it was not an easy task and many would have just fixed the existing valve. If you ever need a plumber, call him and you won’t be disappointed. One last thing, the price was reasonable. Thank you Flavio …..Keep up the good work.

    Plumbing repairs

    Flavio went above and beyond to repair our showers. In one shower the water quickly went cold and in the other the shower handle fell off and a part was stripped. Thanks for fixing the problems.

    Plumbing

    Our sink was leaking over the weekend and we needed a plumber. Flavio came recommended and did a great job. He explained the issue and what was done to fix it. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend him.
