    Duct Cleaning

    The Technician (Paul?) was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. There were no surprise fees or addons, the work involved/time frame and price for the size of our home was exactly what they said it would be. The Technician had his work cut out as the ducts in our house probably hadn't been cleaned in a very long time but he took his time and cleaned everything carefully. Other than having to deal with a little noise for a little while we are very satisfied and happy with the quality of service received. We would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned.

    Duct cleaning and hepa filter installation

    Best duct cleaning experience I have had from an HVAC contractor. Paul was prompt, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I recommend CAPPS highly for duct cleaning and related HVAC services. Pricing was very good. I will be using their services again.

    Duct Cleaning

    I was referred to Capps Duct Cleaning services by a close friend & my parents (who’s neighbor also referred them). Robert was professional & did a thorough job. He was very meticulous & careful around my place. He took the time to answer my questions & also provided some good tips/feedback. I would definitely recommend their services & will contact them again for my duct cleaning. Thank you Capps & Robert!!

    A disconnection with the Dryer

    Big appreciation to Paul for fixing a big problem that was really a little problem and getting to the quick fixing point! Our dryer started producing humidity into the basement after it got moved. I knew it was a disconnection of some sorts. Called Capps and got Paul directly, and explained the situation - he agreed it sound like a disconnection and asked to come out for a service call for a quick look. And, yes - the elbow joint did get disconnected in the interior wall leading out to the exhaust. Paul fixed it in a snap, and charged only for the service call. I really appreciated the upfront to the point honest discussion with no up selling. It was a simple fix, done honestly and quick. Thank you for the great quick service!

    Rob is a very efficient, knowledgeable, fast and friendly worker. Cynthia, office manager, with ease and friendly attitude took care of every thing from a convenient time slot to on time reminders of the actual start of the project. Thank very much for a job well done.

    Forgot the telemarketers, these are the professionals

    I would highly recommend Capps to my family and friends. Our service technician Paul, one of the owners, was prompt, extremely friendly, and above and beyond. The pride in their work is apparent, the service personalized, and the work excellent.

    Specifically for laundry room

    Robert came by exactly when promised and inside of 45 minutes all cleaned out, inspected and ready to do laundry again - oh joy! Ha ha There are very few companies in Mississauga that provide service for duct cleaning when the laundry room is on the 2nd floor. This is my 2nd time I have used Capps and will continue to do so.

    Ducts and Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Great Job! Reliable, on time, clean and efficient. Robert did a great job solving a very difficult Vent issue. He did not stop until the problem was solved. Highly recommend.

    Duct Cleaning
