    Duct cleaning of furnace,etc.

    I got sucked in by another company. Anyway I love Capps service because they are really thorough and they sucked out the stuff the other company should have but didn't. I won't trust anyone but Capps in my basement again. Capps showed me about the license required to touch a furnace and really took the time to explain how the process worked and how to protect myself from unscrupulous duct cleaners.

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

    I have been burned before, and still suffer from robocall duct cleaner marketing. Capps delivered. Upfront price, prompt arrival and a quick, though thorough cleaning. They had the equipment and expertise to handle a very dirty duct system. I was completely satisfied, and even enjoyed the experience.

    duct cleaning

    Great customer service and thorough cleaning of my ductwork. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and the way my questions where answered. The home smells fresh and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for your great work.

    duct cleaning

    Had the pleasure of having Robert and Chris at my home. Robert right off the bat was ready to work, came in with a ton of knowledge and got things rolling. Chris and i had a small personal chat about music. I appreciated that. They were professional and quick at the same time. The thyme usage was a great touch. Great work and highly recommended! Tommy

    Duct Cleaning

    Very positive experience with Capp's. They were on time, courteous and very professional. They took the time to explain their approach, show the results of their work and were very efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

    Duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, sanitation

    We had moved into a house where the previous residents had small animals (ferrets). My daughter experienced extreme allergies right when we moved in so we decided to have our ducts cleaned. Had got a few estimates from various companies but decided to go with capps after speaking with them and reading reviews. Paul and Joseph were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain what exactly they were doing and how. Paul took his time to even inspect the furnace and explain how to help maintain it and help air flow with less restrictive filters. He also fixed a problem in one of the ducts, at no extra charge. He seemed very passionate about his work and helping us with maintaining air flow quality in the future. Joseph cleaned out the dryer vent from the outside of the house on the second floor, which fixed our dryer instantly. He also explained how to clean the dryer vent from the outside a couple times a year. Would highly recommend Capps!

    Duct Cleaning Service

    Normally having one's furnace ducts cleaned is not a pleasant experience but with CAPPS I can honestly say it was a pleasure to have dealt with this Company. They accommodated my schedule not theirs. They were on time, very efficient, thorough and explained their process and plan of action before starting. Their technique was different from the average duct cleaning procedure and they did an excellent job. I would give them a perfect 10 out of 10 and would recommend them very highly to my friends. (I have already passed their name onto my neighbors.) The price was also a surprise as it was right in line with other competitors for this premium service.     Duct Cleaning

    Called Capps on a Wednesday and had an appointment for the upcoming Saturday which was awesome!! Paul was great on the phone and very professional. Follow up call from Cathy was also a nice touch and much appreciated. Price was great and very reasonable. Robert showed up on time and ready to go. Even though he was short handed that day didn't seem to slow him down. He was setup and cleaning in a reasonable amount of time and did a great job. Robert took the time to explain the process to me and was very respectful of our home. They have gained a life long customer in me and I would refer them to anyone who is looking for duct cleaning services. Thanks Paul, Robert and your team you guys are awesome!!!

    Duct Cleaning

    We urgently needed our ducts cleaned after our renovations and after calling 5 other companies, who refused a next day appointment, Capps went out of their way to schedule us for next day servicing. I appreciate that kind of service! They did great work, were on time and extremely courteous! Thanks Capps!

    Dryer vent cleaning and replacement

    Had an old dryer vent that was not in good shape, needed replacement. Called several places and they either didn't call back or were very expensive and sounded unsure about what they would do. Capps was very confident and reasonably priced. Paul came quickly and put in a new duct (to code, unlike what we had originally) and cleaned out the vent and the part of the lint trap I couldn't access. The whole thing was done in about 30 minutes. They even happened to find things that our previous duct cleaners missed. Will definitely use them when I need my house ducts cleaned.
