    Duct Cleaning

    First time customer and certainly not the last. Rob was extremely thorough and went even further to make it all perfect. Prompt, efficient, friendly and great value. Highly recommend Capps!!

    Duct cleaning

    After reviewing some companies and talking to them we decided to go with Capps Duct cleaning. I'm glad we did we had the owner himself service our house. They were qualified respectful and thorough. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Kristin

    Duct, coil, dryer vent cleaning

    This is the first time we used Capps ... we decided to perform a thorough duct cleaning before moving into our newly bought house ... Paul and Joe exceeded our bet expectations. They were knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly and efficient. They've done a great job (all ducts cleaned very well, AC coil cleaned, filters replaced, dryer vent cleaned and tested), managed to explain their actions while they were going through the house, educate us on a number of related matters, be very gentle with the floors and furnishings and leave no mess behind ... Excellent service - thanks Paul and Joe!

    Duct cleaning

    We had our ducts cleaned before moving into our home and they were fantastic. From the booking process to when they came in and performed the job. Robert ( the owner ) and Scott did the work and were very friendly. Robert informed me of what was happening and opened up the vents to show me what was in there!!!! Great work!

    Duct cleaning

    Was referred to Capps from a friend and was definitely not disappointed. Paul and Joe arrived at my door with a great smile and before he did any work walked me through the process of what he will be doing. He showed me all the areas where he was going to clean and why. They were careful in moving around the hose around the house and didn't jjust drop it or flop it on floor and walls. Would definitely use Paul and team again.

    duct cleaning

    After a lot of repairs and renovations this year, and several years of neglect, I wanted to clean our ducts, and upgrade our furnace. I chose CAPPS because of the good ratings on HomeStars. I talked to Paul about both things on the phone and he suggested I let him start with the cleaning to check out the house and the system, and then he would advise on adding a HEPA filter and a VOC filter. I found his advice similar to information I had found independently, he added the idea of UV lighting for germ control, and his pricing was competitive. They came quickly to do the cleaning, and Paul and his assistant were respectful and friendly. As soon as I am able, I plan to go forward adding these upgrades with CAPPS. I like that he is both an owner and a technician, and I was pleased enough with the service to pass on his name to a friend.

    Duct cleaning

    Capps did a great job of the core service - duct cleaning - but also added a lot of value by explaining my HVAC system to me (just bought the house and familiarizing ourselves with the ductwork, louvers, humidifier, etc.) and checking, cleaning, & adjusting other components of the system outside of the ducts. There are probably other duct cleaning companies that could do nearly as good a job as Capps of the duct cleaning itself (although I found them to be very thorough and prefer their method of going into every vent with the air hose vs. the "push everything down to the basement" used by some other companies). But it would be challenging to find another company that adds as much value to the process. Having the owners directly involved also made a difference... it was obvious to me that Paul cared.

    Duct Cleaning

    I chose Capps Duct Cleaning not only because of their outstanding reviews, but also because they took the time to respond to each review, which I felt was very personable! My appointment was scheduled and confirmed with Kathy and Paul and Joe did the duct cleaning; they were all so friendly and accommodating! When they arrived, they introduced themselves, shook my hand, removed their shoes, looked around for vents, explained that the machine would be loud and offered ear plugs, and then got right to work. They kept me updated throughout the duct cleaning and Paul even offered helpful advice for upkeep. Capps truly exceeded my expectations! They were punctual, informative, organized, and professional; I highly recommend them!

    Duct, Central Vac & Dryer Cleaning

    Capps provides excellent service from the initial emailed request and return quote to the telephone service from Kathe (both before and as a follow-up for feedback) to the on-site service at our house. The two gentlemen on-site(one was an owner) were personable, polite, very knowledgeable and informative and very careful of my home and family while they worked. They also didn't mind my many questions about related furnace and heat distribution topics. On top of all of that they were able to schedule my duct cleaning immediately. This was an excellent experience - thanks and I will get those ducts cleaned more frequently!

    Duct cleaning

    Paul and Joe came to clean the ducts, central vac and dryer. The work done was great. Both were very professional and friendly. Went above and beyond by providing some strategies on how to more efficiently heat/cool our house as well as sharing some other resources. Great work and would recommend for sure.
