    Duct cleaning

    I recently had my ducts cleaned (in Markham) so Paul was the one to do it (he is one of the owners). Before I get into the details of the actual cleaning, let me say that the day we had booked ended up being one of the coldest days I have ever experienced. It was -41 with wind chill. We had to delay the appointment by a few hours till the afternoon for the temperature to drop a bit to -35. Anyways, Paul was very professional, came in with his truck, had his equipment running the whole time and protected with thermal blankets to warm them up. He was very curtious and professional in his cleaning and took great care in making sure that he did not disturb anyone in the process. He was very willing to educate us on the whole process, which I loved because I enjoyed learning about how things work. As for the cleaning, he did a phenomenal job. By the end of it, he had pulled so many toys that it filled a whole gabage bag. Everything from small balls, to crayons, to even an RC remoter control. Airflow now is significantly improved. Thank you very much, Would definitely recommend them.

    Duct Cleaning

    Amazing experience with Capps. Professional, on time, experienced and clean. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone that would need their ducts cleaned. They took the time to educate us and make sure the job was well done. Kathe was extremely prompt with answering questions and emails and even did a follow up call to thank us for the business and wish us Happy Holidays. Exceptional service!     Duct Cleaning

    The process seemed thorough and the staff (including the owner) were friendly and helpful. They walked us through the complete process and provided additional maintenance tips. Aldo cleaned the dryer line at no additional charge. I would happily recommend.

    duct cleaning

    We trust HomeStars and searched for the duct cleaning company. We compared several high rated companies and decided to go with Capps Duct Cleaning Services. We liked everything about them- from booking their visit (flexible, polite, client oriented) to work being done very well (punctual, professional, knowledgeable) and price was very reasonable and no hidden costs. No doubt we would choose them again.

    Duct Cleaning

    My review is similar to other reviewers: 2 guys showed up (one of them the owner), very professional, very personable and friendly, very direct and straight forward about what they could and could NOT do and why. Appreciated their candor. Great guys.

    Duct cleaning

    Two guys from HomeStars came (one was the owner). They did an excellent job, were professional, and most importantly, brought the large vacuum to all of the vents throughout the house and not just to the basement (most companies only use the air compressor in the upper parts of the house). They were careful not to break anything and were quick and efficient.

    Duct Cleaning

    My sister used Robert's brother twice and they came highly recommended, so I thought why not! So Robert and his cousin came to take care of my house and were completely friendly and professional. They went above and beyond the call of duty as they even sorted out my heat flow problem. I would recommend them to anyone and will most definitely use them again!

    Duct Cleaning

    They arrived a few days after we contacted them within the time frame agreed upon. Paul and Joe were very courteous and knowledgeable. We shared a few laughs and then right to work they went. Paul and Joe both kept us aware of what was happening at any given moment. Kathy was nice enough to follow up a few days after the work was completed. Hats off to Capps!!!!

    service

    I was hoping that I would have less dust after Capps did the job, but the next day I still have the same amount of dust I had before; for 290 dollars I expected a decent job. Would I recommend Capps - NO

Violet at that time you did express how happy you were with the completed job. While at your home on Nov 11, 2013. Your previous concerns about dust were heard and it was explained to you that although you were getting the ducts and furnace cleaned in your home, that dust is a common thing that everyone has and will experience from time to time. As humans we do shead skin cells and having a dog in your home will increase the need for dusting. On December 2, 2013. we did stop by to inspect all Ducting/ Blower Section . Our conclusion to our inspection showed that the Duct work had been cleaned properly and the dust coming in the home is not from the Duct Work.
