    I was hoping that I would have less dust after Capps did the job, but the next day I still have the same amount of dust I had before; for 290 dollars I expected a decent job. Would I recommend Capps - NO

Violet at that time you did express how happy you were with the completed job. While at your home on Nov 11, 2013. Your previous concerns about dust were heard and it was explained to you that although you were getting the ducts and furnace cleaned in your home, that dust is a common thing that everyone has and will experience from time to time. As humans we do shead skin cells and having a dog in your home will increase the need for dusting. On December 2, 2013. we did stop by to inspect all Ducting/ Blower Section . Our conclusion to our inspection showed that the Duct work had been cleaned properly and the dust coming in the home is not from the Duct Work.     Duct cleaning

    Quick and efficient service. They were helpful in explaining to me what they were doing, where the problem areas were, and also very friendly. Answered all my questions, I would definitely recommend their service.

    Duct Cleaning

    Quick, efficient, and fantastic service. Both guys (one was Paul, I completely forgot the name of the other chap) were friendly, personable, transparent, and very knowledgeable. Price was reasonable. I recommend Capps very highly.

    Duct cleaning

    Service was excellent. The 2 workers (one was the owner) were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to explain what they were doing and answer questions. They were also very good with the kids, who were also curious and asking questions. The quality of the work was excellent. A couple of things came out of the ducts that were obviously there from when the house was built, so 2 previous duct cleaners had missed them. They also took extra time to solve nagging issues that no one else who had done any service cared enough to look at. The price is also very reasonable considering the quality work, as some other places are charging at least 50% more. I would absolutely recommend them.

    Duct cleaning

    After checking out duct cleaning services on HomeStars, I decided on Capps, as their price was fair and lower than others. Capps is a courteous, prompt and efficient company. Everyone is pleasant and easy to deal with. Rob and Scott showed up on time, did a run-through to make sure all was in order, and finished quickly. We are thrilled with the service provided. Thanks!

    Duct Cleaning

    Great service. These guys explained what they were doing and went above and beyond. Rob even fixed a door that was broken in my house. Great guys and very honest and perfectly on time. Highly recommend.

    duct cleaning

    This is the third time I use Capps services and I am impressed every time. I have dealt with both Robert and Paul at different times and the service they provide is outstanding. When I recently had my ducts cleaned and furnace inspected in a home I had just moved into, I truly felt the job was well done, thorough and every question answered. Even though my appointment was late in the afternoon Capps stayed until the job was done and didn't rush through it just because it was the end of the day. My home was treated with respect and left so clean. I will continue to use Capps and recommend them to friends and family.

    Duct cleaning

    Paul and Joe: Showed up on time Explained procedure and did the job efficiently. Estimate was spot on (on par with other companies). Overall pleasant experience and would recommend to neighbors, See you in a couple of years.

    Duct Cleaning

    It was pleasure having Robert and Scott over to inspect and clean our ducts. The process was explained and executed with ease. We even enjoyed an old fashion expresso and the end of the process. Thanks guys!

    Duct cleaning

    Just recently finished doing some basement renovations and needed to get our ducts cleaned before the winter, and Capps came highly recommended. I gave them a call and everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable right from the get go! Pricing is very competitve and the service was terrific. They showed up right on time and the job was done tremedously and in a very timely manner. They were extremely friendly, respectful and very informative explaining the process to me as they did the job. I will defintely be calling on Capps in the future and I too would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some duct cleaning. Thanks Capps!!
