    Duct Cleaning

    What can I say but exceptional service! Without question, Capps Duct Cleaning is prompt, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I really appreciated being walked through the process, shown what the crew was doing and having my many questions about my furnace and ductwork answered. I have already recommended them to friends!

    Duct cleaning

    Great, thorough work. The guys explained each step of the process, talked about the equipment they were using, and offered to answer any questions I had - I learned a couple things about my furnace in the process!

    Duct cleaning

    Great service! Arrived on time, not a minute wasted setting up. Very careful and professional. Excellent people skills from both gentlemen! I can finally turn on my furnace without having to worry about a cloud of dust coming out of the vents. Thanks!

    duct cleaning

    We're very impressed by Capps. Throughout the process, they were professional and courteous, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the job. We were educated throughout the process and there was zero mess to clean up after the work. A big thanks to kathe, Paul and Joe. Job well done. We'll be calling again!

    duct, central vac and HRV system cleaning

    Paul and Joe showed up right on time, and immediately got to work! They were very easy to deal with and extremely polite and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and asked if i had any questions about the service. they were one and a half hours, just as Kathe described. Kathe also called the day before to confirm the appointment and the type of van that Paul would be driving. I have already recommended Capps to at least 5 people as I am so impressed with the price and their service. thank you!

    Duct cleaning service

    I found this honest company through HomeStars. The owner of the company actually came to perform the work. He and his colleague were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They arrived on time and performed an outstanding job, spending a great amount of time to explain what they were doing throughout. They left no garbage, nothing out of place after they finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Duct Cleaning

    Capp's Duct Cleaning is a great company to deal with. I called on Tuesday and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment on Friday, which is exactly what I wanted, as we were moving into our house with our new baby after a major renovation. Paul and Joe showed up right on time and were very courteous (they asked if they should take their shoes off, said hello to the baby). They took a look around and then started to work right away. They told me the noise would be very loud and gave me time to get the baby ready for a walk before they started. They estimated how long the job would be and they were bang-on. During the cleaning, they walked my husband through everything that they were doing and explained every step. The amount of dirt and garbage they were able to suck out of the ducts was incredible! Payment was easy, via credit card and was the exact price quoted. They even followed up with a phone call a week later to ask how everything was. All in all, they were professional, delivered exactly what I wanted (no pushy sales tactics to upsell) and did a high quality job. I would definitely recommend them.

    Duct cleaning prior to moving in

    We were very satisfied with the provided service. I was able to completely book this job by e-mail (which I consider very convenient), the crew showed up precisely when they said they will (3 PM on Friday, Sep.13), they kept me informed about everything they found (dusty furnace filter, filthy humidifier filter), the procedure was explained to me in full detail prior to starting and they offered an excellent service. Not cheap, but I feel it's money well spent. I can't think of any negative, will most likely use their services again when the time comes.

    Clean ductwork and dryer vent

    Paul and Joe showed up at my home precisely when they said they would: 9AM sharp. They were personable, courteous and very professional. They made me feel at ease almost immediately. They walked me through almost every inch of the job and provided simple, understandable explanations for just about everything they did. I even had the opportunity to rummage through the waste where I discovered a Beck's Taxi flyer from 1985. Yikes. That just goes to show you just how much time had passed since these ducts had been cleaned, if ever. It's also a testament to the power of their vacuum. I couldn't believe what came up. Finally, don't even bother with those cheap sub-$100 jobs where they basically clean nothing and make a bigger mess (see "MarketPlace: When the Repairman Knocks" if you don't believe me). These gentlemen are some of the best at what they do, if not THE best and I'd gladly recommend them to family and friends. It was money well spent. Thanks again guys!

    Duct/dryer vent cleaning

    Capps did a good job cleaning my ducts. They were fast and courteous. I would have rated them much higher, except they showed up without a ladder that could reach the third floor roof of my townhouse. I made it very clear to Kathy when I booked the job that I had a clogged dryer vent on my roof.

Keith, as we explained to you onsite, we did arrive with a ladder and we did attempt to resolve the issue but, unfortunately we could not safely set up a ladder outside or inside the attic. On that note, we did not charge you for the Dryer Vent Cleaning. We, did compensate you by giving you a free Evaporator Coil Cleaning. We also suggested a roofer to fix the problem, as they would have the proper scaffolding ladder required to get onto the roof safely.
