Very professional and trustworthy. I spoke with Kathy, who was very helpful in providing my estimate and giving me an idea of what to expect about the service, Rob called in advance of the service date to confirm the date and time. Rob and Scott showed up on time. They removed their shoes in the house, even though I did not request that of them. They first described what they would do, which immediately made me comfortable. When the service was completed, Scott showed me what had come out of my ducts. I sure was glad I had them cleaned! They also cleaned my A/C evaporator coils and checked the condenser. I had also asked them (and received an estimate) about installing a secondary lint trap in my laundry room, as I have a second-story laundry room and cannot reach the outside vent to clean it myself. After some discussion of the pros and cons, we settled on an alternate solution, which Rob recommended as a better solution for my house, and in fact lowered their original estimate. Who does that? This is a company who can be trusted, and who knows how to generate repeat business. Kathy also made a follow-up call, to make sure I was happy with the service.
