    Duct & Dryer vent cleaning etc.

    Very professional and trustworthy. I spoke with Kathy, who was very helpful in providing my estimate and giving me an idea of what to expect about the service, Rob called in advance of the service date to confirm the date and time. Rob and Scott showed up on time. They removed their shoes in the house, even though I did not request that of them. They first described what they would do, which immediately made me comfortable. When the service was completed, Scott showed me what had come out of my ducts. I sure was glad I had them cleaned! They also cleaned my A/C evaporator coils and checked the condenser. I had also asked them (and received an estimate) about installing a secondary lint trap in my laundry room, as I have a second-story laundry room and cannot reach the outside vent to clean it myself. After some discussion of the pros and cons, we settled on an alternate solution, which Rob recommended as a better solution for my house, and in fact lowered their original estimate. Who does that? This is a company who can be trusted, and who knows how to generate repeat business. Kathy also made a follow-up call, to make sure I was happy with the service. I will be using their services again, definitely. Thanks for the professional, friendly, thoughtful service, Capps!

    Dryer Vent Cleaning

    We just used Capps last week as a followup to last year's service, and I was thrilled with the service we received. Paul and Joe are so friendly, and more importantly, they are great at what they do. We had our lint removed from the dryer vents, and they were fast, efficient, safe, and punctual. They treated my house very respectfully, as though it were their own. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their vents cleaned!

    Duct Cleaning

    True professionals. They showed up on time, explained in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to do it, coordinated well with another contractor on site and even spent extra time to fix an issue with my furnace and another with my garage door! Nicest guys you'll ever meet, highly recommend.

    Duct Cleaning

    Great company! Very reliable and friendly. I had duct cleaning done at a previous residence for a lot less and it wasn't up to par. This time I wanted a company that would do a thorough job and Capps did just that. Very happy to refer this company. They take care not to damage your walls and do a very clean job. Thank-you for caring and your friendly disposition.

    Ducts cleaning

    They came the date arranged a bit early, very nice people, provided information about everything they will do, provided me with ear plugs to protect my ears from noise. Dis and oustanding job in my house, all floors and vents, drier included!!! Very knowledgable and honest people! Not need to pay anything extra, no hiding cost!

    Duct Cleaning

    Found these guys on homestars and all I can say is "Wow", being professional, courteous, competent and pretty much being all around nice guys is what makes this business successful. This was the first time I had my ducts cleaned and they took the time to explain the process, and was very thorough throughout the entire process. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.     Duct cleaning

    TRUST is huge when it comes to service providers, and I am happy to say that I totally trust Capps for their competence, their integrity and their professionalism. They did a great job cleaning the ducts in our home, their price was competitive, and they were a pleasure to deal with. They have earned my highest recommendation as an honest and competent duct cleaning company.

    duct cleaning

    I read so many positive reviews about Capps Duct Cleaning I decided to give them a try. I was extremely impressed!! Every positive review stated about this company is true. They are extremely professional – punctual, courteous and extremely knowledgeable in their field. The debris they removed was a little shocking – as I get my ducts cleaned regularly - and obviously the others were no where as thorough as Capps was. They also took the time to show me how to clean my furnace filters and several other maintenance tips. The price originally quoted was the price they charged. I highly recommend Capps as a superior company for this business!
