We have just completed a basement renovation and knew that our ducts, air conditioning unit & furnace would have accumulated a large amount of dust so I checked out HomeStars to find out which companies were being recommended the most as reliable, trustworthy and service oreinted. We decided on Capps and gave them a call. We were surprised at how quickly they could come out to us and we were grateful that they could accomodate our request for a timeslot that worked for us. Capps called an hour in advance as requested to ensure that we could get home in time to meet them.
Paul & Matt arrived promptly and immediately got started. They were extremely pleasant and ensured that our two cats were comfortably secured in a locked room before they set about their work. An hour and a half later the work was done. Paul & Matt did a fabulous job and were very thorrugh, carefully explaining what they had done and showing us the results. The invoice was exactly what we had agreed to and was very reasonable considering the services performed. We would recommend Capps to anyone looking for a reliable, professional service oriented company to clean your ducts, AC & Furnace at a reasonable cost, we'll certainly be using them again.
