    Residential duct cleaning

    My previous home was 70 years old and had radiators for heat, so I had no experience with duct cleaning. I usually call several companies for estimates when I am having work done around the house, but from the reviews and the prompt and courteous telephone service I went with Capps right away. What a great decision! Paul and Joe arrived and were very friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Paul gave me a "how to take care of your furnace" talk to get me on the right path to furnace and duct maintenance, thank you so much, it is greatly appreciated, I will never neglect my furnace filters again! I would highly suggest them to friends and family, and I plan to have them back soon to clean the dryer vent.

    Duct cleaning

    Paul and Joe were just in today for our duct cleaning and it is my pleasure to write this review. I would truly recommend this great team to anyone! They were punctual, professional and very friendly. As this is the first time getting our ducts cleaned, I was unsure of what to expect. Paul and Joe thoroughly explained the entire process in details before proceeding and I immediately knew that I had chosen the right people for the job. Paul even diagnosed a problem with the way in which our furnace air filter was being held in place and actually spent the time to fabricate a new air filter bracket system for us, at no extra charge. They truly went beyond the call of duty and for that I am very grateful. They are good, honest people... Kudos to Capps and thanks again for an excellent service!

    duct cleaning

    Awesome job. Their service rivals most duct cleaning companies. Instead of just suctioning out in the basement, they went to every individual vent and sucked out and air pressured there, then went to the basement and did it all over again. they were fast, knowledgeable, and very honest - which i really appreciate. i will recommend them to anyone who has to get a duct cleaning done. ever. good job done by good people. thanks again if you're reading this.

    Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Lint build-up in my tripped the thermal limiter in my dryer and it stopped heating. The dryer service tech said the duct was likely blocked with lint. A work colleague suggested I search on Homestars to find vent cleaners and I made calls to several duct cleaning firms. Mike at Capps was extremely helpful and worked very hard to fit me into their schedule. Paul called to let me know exactly when they would arrive. He and Joe were very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant - the duct was indeed blocked and they took care of it. Not only did they clean the duct but they removed every trace of lint from the area and made many helpful suggestions. I will be booking them to clean ALL my forced air ducts and, as President of my Condo Association, will recommend them to all our homehowners and Property Manager. Can't thank them enough for their amazing service!

    Duct cleaning, Furnace Cleaning, Dryer vent cleaning

    Paul and his assistant were excellent.!. They were punctual, highly professional and very neat about their work. They went beyond the call of duty and I will be a lifetime customer! Cant recommend them enough!!!! Sheila

    Duct Cleaning

    Paul and his team were very professional and helpful. They explained what they were doing and how they were different from other companies. They also helped me out with an unwanted visitor we had in our wall! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

    Duct Cleaning Work

    Had our ducts cleaned today for the first time,by the crew. They were on time, friendly and answered all my questions. They made sure our new floors didn't get scratched as well. Great job guys!

    Duct Cleaning

    Just had Paul and Joe into clean my ducts this morning. Fabulous job! Very professional, as they made the intagible, tangible. I would highly recommend them! Felt very at ease, very friendly.

    Duct Cleaning & General Inspection

    When Paul greeted me at the door he had a very professional attitude. He walked me through the entire process and assured me that the equipment used would not scratch our hardwood floors. His crew quickly got to work on the duct cleaning. I asked about various other services that I might need and he said he would inspect the current state of my equipment. He walked me through the state of the furnace and humidifier in the basement and didn't find anything that needed servicing. He did not charge me extra for this inspection and did not pressure us into getting unneccessary services. The crew finished duct cleaning and sanitization in about an hour. Overall, job well done! I would have them in again in the next cleaning cycle for sure.

    Duct cleaning

    I LOVE this company! They were able to book me on short notice, and gave me a competitive quote. They were extremely professional and did a thorough and fantastic job. They took the time to explain everthing that they were doing. We have a complicated duct system in our house, and soundproofing considerations, and they completely accomodated all our needs. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
