    Duct Cleaning

    I have been putting off trying to find a duct cleaning, since the last time, when they didn't show up, and didn't follow up, even though I did. I work long hours, and I have a difficult time finding time for people to come and do work on the house. When I called Paul, they were very accommodating, and yet were here in a couple of days (my availability, not their's). Paul and Joe were on time, very courteous, did a wonderful job, cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were doing, and were very tolerant of our three poodles. It was a delight having them here, and I will use them the next time. Wendy

    Duct Cleaning

    Paul and Joe showed up on time, were very professional, and explained everything they did in detail. Our home had recently undergone significant renovations and a lot of debris and dust had gotten into the duct systems. Paul and Joe did a terrific job cleaning, night and day difference after the cleaning both in terms of the dust as well as actual heat pumping through the system (Paul not only cleaned but sealed off an unused humidifier to help with air flow into the furnace). Great friendly service, Would use Capps again and recommend them to anyone who needed a duct cleaning.

    New Home Duct Cleaning

    First of all thank you CAPPS for fresh air inside our newly built home. Robert and his partner Andrew came to our door right on time. Robert explained why they are different from other duct cleaning services. The job gets done quick because 2 were working at a same time. They are extremely friendly and professional.

    Duct Cleaning

    CAPPS was immediately available (came the next day). I had another high rated company not return two calls seeking an appointment. They were prompt (a bit early actually), explained what they were doing, answered all of my questions and did a good job. The bill was exactly what I was quoted.

    Duct Cleaning

    They were able to work around my schedule and come after work. They took great care of the house, showed us a couple potential problems but didnt pressure us to fix anything extra. Total cost was exactly as estimated and the job was very well done!

    Duct Cleaning, Furnace Cleaning, Humidifier Repair

    The service was outstanding, professional, courteous, clean and informative from the initial contact, the duct cleaning (had many disastors previous to finding Capps) to the repair and problem solving of my humidifier. The original installer had actually installed it it the hot water line and made so many holes in the copper piping that a plumber was recommended to fix the problem. I was correctly informed of problems that they had identified and the appropriate solutions were found. I was correctly directed to obtain a plumber for the piping of the humidifier. I've had others say that they can fix a problem and misrepresented their qualifications only to make things worse. I've been a home owner for over 35 years and they have been exceptional and the best to date. They take pride in their work and they are extreme,ly knowledgeable ibn this industry. I get my ducts cleaned every other year so I am confident in stating this. The cost was more than reasonable and I would not hesitate to engage their services again.

    Duct Cleaning

    Robert and his partner were professionals in every sense of the word. Their service was well executed and they were very efficient. Cudos to them for being friendly as well. answering any questions we had was not an issue while they worked. Our new new home thanks them!!!

    Duct Cleaning

    We were very pleased with the excellent service we got from Robert and his team. They fit us in at the last minute on a Saturday when we found out we needed to get a duct cleaning before our new furnace was to be installed on the following Monday. They were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly on a freezing cold day. You would never know they were there after they left. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly call on them for all my future duct cleaning.

    Duct Cleaning

    I felt confident that my ducts were cleaned properly. They go the extra mile and are very friendly and sincere. I would recommend them to anyone. they were honest and that is what is important to me.

    Duct Cleaning

    They came in and were extremely clean and professional. They were very helpful answering all of my questions and explaining what they were going to be doing and how long it would take. They did a great job. I would recommend them to friends and family if they were looking to have their ducts cleaned.
