    Duct Cleaning

    Recently we hired CAPPS Duct Cleaning Services Inc. to clean our ducts in our newly built home. We were more than impressed with the calibre of service and thoroughness of their work. They also were very friendly and offered great advice on the maintenance of our furnace and ducts. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Duct Cleaning

    What a pleasure it was to work with this company. From my initial discussion with Elsie, who was so pleasant and explained their procedures thoroughly, to Paul & Joe who did the actual work, everyone was totally professional and extremely courteous. The guys arrived early, checked out all vents & returns before starting, and showed me personally how their system worked. Despite snow & salt outside, they kept my home clean and were careful to ensure everything was left as they’d found it. The price was excellent and the service exceptional. I can’t believe what a difference this cleaning has made to the air in my home. As a bonus, Paul noticed a noise in my furnace & took the time to replace my filter and explain what the problem could be so I was able to follow up appropriately. This is a wonderful company to deal with & I would highly recommend them. Thanks again guys!

    Duct Cleaning

    We are very pleased with the service provided by Capps Duct Cleaning Services. The crew arrived on time and politely informed us about the procedure. Next, they carefully inspected all vent areas and before starting the operation they warned us about the loud noise generated by the duct cleaning system and offered disposable earplugs. In addition, the crew was very careful not to mess up inside the house and even cleaning up between the truck and entry to our house to minimize carrying snow and dirt inside. They also cleaned up after they finished their thorough job. Finally, they charged us less than the quoted rate based on the actual amount of work done. In conclusion, we recommend their courteous, professional and honest service. Thank you Capps!

    Duct Cleaning

    These guys are awesome! Not only did they show up bright and early following a heavy snowfall, they even shoveled my walkway while we were stuck in traffic! We had just finished some renovations and there was a crazy amount of dust and debris. I am so glad that we chose Capps. They were careful to remove their shoes as not to damage the new floors and the quality of work was terrific. I would definitely recommend them! A+

    Duct Cleaning after major renovation

    Credibility is an important factor in business. After going through major renovations you come across enough businesses and deal with their personalities. Paul was honest and explained exactly what needed to get done. The air quality in our home was definitely not the greatest. Paul came in on time and got right into it. He was very thorough and cleaned up after his work. He showed us what we were breathing in. It's been a few days and the air quality has dramatically changed. With our second baby coming this was great move. Thanks Paul we hope to see you again in a year or so.

    Paul came and cleaned my ducts - he did a great job!

    I called Capp's and Paul came the same day to clean my ducts! He and his partner were courteous, and explained to me thier system and why it works better than traditional methods. They were very careful not to damage any of my home and were very diligent in putting all the grates back on - I was very impressed! Thank you!

    Duct Cleaning

    These guys were a breath of fresh air...very professional, totally focused on doing a great job for their customers. Paul took the time to explain what he was doing, why his service differentiates from his competitors and made recommendations to improve things like airflow etc. Was well worth the money I spent, we already notice a difference in our home. Would recommend you consider these guys. Good price, Excellent Service...100% satisfied!

    Furnace and Dryer vent cleaning

    Very pleased with the service and friendly attitude. They called ahead to confirm, showed up on time (in fact, a bit early),took the time to explain the process to me and were very quick and efficient. Had a follow up call to confirm all was well. Very impressive service.

    Duct Cleaning

    I was very impressed at how well they cleaned the ducts. Professional, on time, pleasant and very helpful. Serviced the furnace and let me know that it was enough for the size of my house. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.
