We just moved into our first home and we quickly noticed that even though the furnace was on, no air was blowing out of the vents and the back of the house was freezing! I called a furnace company, and he suggested I try getting the ducts cleaned before he came out to quote for a repair. He recomended Capps, and told me to give them a call. So I did, and am I ever glad I did!! I spoke to Paul, he listened to the problems were were having, and said he'd be more than happy to come out. I told him I work all day, so he arranged to come after work to accomodate my schedule. He called me on the day of our appt to confirm his arrival time, and when I got home from work, he was already there waiting for me. Paul was so knowledgeable, and more than willing to show us how things work, explain what he was doing, and answer all our questions. We learned so much from him. He was more than respectful of our home (and our brand new carpet throughout) he took his shoes off and on as required, so he did not step one foot on our carpet with his shoes! This was much appreciated. Paul did a wonderful & professional job. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. After he completed the job, we went around to check out the vents- what a difference!! We actually had air flow! It was amazing to see the difference duct cleaning made! (and we no longer need to call in a repair man!) We want to send a huge thank you to Paul, and we reccomend Capps to everyone!!

The air qulity in our home was poor and saffecting my husband who has asthma's breathing. I ca;ed capps and tslked to Paul. They arrived on time aznd did a clean professionsal job explainng things to me as they went along. They did a great job at at reasonable price. my husband could tell the difference in air quality right away. They also offered helpful suggestions to hrelp maintain good air quallity. Cleaning my house ducts was long overdue, and since I was stuck at home recovering from an operation I decided to stop putting off this project and called the top 5 companies in homestars based on reviews... (my bullet proof way of finding good contractors lately) They all gave me $225 to $235 to clean ducts but Paul convinced me his business was the right choice for three main reasons... 1.- Its a family operated business he owns it and he works it... and that tells me the job is going to get done the right way the first time. 2.- He uses a different and better system than the other companies to clean your ducts. 3.- and finally he was able to accomodate my duct cleaning from one day to the other! He came on time and performed the cleaning explaining me at all times how everything works... As I was bored I was most of the time with him looking at what he was doing... he was very comfortable with that and added extra explanations on the process, always being very polite, informative and professional... he was very careful nothing in the house got damage but the equipment... Bottom line... 100% recommended... thanks Paul for the great job and thanks Homestars for the excelent service your webpage provides !!! Javier

Paul was thorough, professional and personable. He explained what he was doing and showed me the tangible results of his work. I would recommend Capps for this service without reservation. My dryer works like new now.

I called up Paul after reading other reviews on HomeStars. He came and first looked in our utility room and pointed out that there was a lot of leakage from the heating system at the source and that it could be fixed in part by using aluminum tape. On each level of the house he made recommendations on how we could improve the heat distribution, and he didn't try to sell his services to us. We implemented several of his suggestions the next day and noticed a considerable improvement. We would definitely recommend him and consider using his services when our ducts need to be cleaned again.

Had them install additional heat registers in the basement of my home. They did a great job, and most importantly it was done right the first time, with NO surprises. I would highly recommed this company, because of there exceptional service.

Very informative from the first phone call. The guys showed up on time and were very professional and very thorough. Excellent customer service. They do a quality job. Highly recommended.

Paul called ahead to say when he would be arriving. He was very courteous, explaining everything that he was going to do. Not only did he clean the ducts, he also examined the furnace and gave some tips and advice on how best to maintain it. The duct cleaning was very loud so Paul gave us some earplugs. We decided to go out and left him to do his work. He was very thorough and put back everything the way it was (except for all the dust from our ducts which, of course). We recommend CAPPS ducts cleaning. They're honest, reliable, trustworthy and do a great job.

I am very happy with the work performed. Robert was very easy to deal with, well-informed, competent and prompt. He respected our home and was open to questions. The price was reasonable. Bottom line.. Capps Duct Cleaning Services Inc. went out of their way to do a good job.
