    Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Entire experience from scheduling to service date was exceptional. Sherry was very pleasant, professional and courteous and looked at best times for when service could be provided that was mutually convenient for both parties. Ian was prompt, very courteous, pleasant and professional. He explained in detail what will be done and how. Once finished, he explained what was done and why. I was very pleased with what was done. Thank you very much Sherry and Ian for making my first-time dryer cleaning a stress-free experience.

    Duck cleaning

    Very professional Fast service Minimal disturbance. Know their product and were flexible in booking the appointment to a suitable time.

    Excellent duct cleaning service

    Robert and team arrived on time. The service was done quickly and accurately. All steps were explained before starting and as they were being done. At the end of service the technician shared what was done and how much dirt was discovered. Overall satisfied that the service was performed properly. Will call Capps again when it is time for next cleaning.

    Air Duct and Dryer Vents Cleaning

    AMAZING business. From Cynthia in the office to Robert & David the technicians. Totally polite, respectful of us & our house and answered all questions we asked, and were very efficient in their work. No mess, no dust after the cleaning was completed. Best air duct cleaning this house has ever had. It was very easy to book. Response to our request was very quick. Everything being done, along with the costing was clearly outlined. We paid exactly what was costed out. We will definitely be booking this service in the future and highly recommend them. Thank you CAPPS Duct Cleaning Services, especially Robert, David, & Cynthia.

    Duct cleanin

    From the time our request was made Capps customer service communicated dates and kept us updated with reminders about the confirmed date. Paul was punctual, friendly, efficient and did a thorough cleaning of all vents and air return grills. He was tidy and left all areas clean. Definitely recommend his company.

    Great Cleaning and Customer Service

    When I needed someone to clean my ducts, I checked to see which companies had been mentioned in my local community group on Facebook, where I know that I can trust recommendations. From those companies, I chose Capps Duct Cleaning Services and I was very pleased with the services provided. They always responded quickly and politely, from the detailed quote that was based on information that I submitted on their website to questions that I had about the upcoming appointment. Ian arrived promptly at the indicated time and was professional and friendly throughout the process. He also gave me good advice for the functioning and maintenance of my system. I will definitely be bringing Capps back for the necessary future rounds of cleaning.

    duct cleaning

    Paul came in was very efficient and polite, cleaned up after. left our house smelling so nice. we have recommended him to two of our friends already.
