    Patio Door Burmingham Model

    Had replaced patio door in the backyard and I am satisfied with Nick and his team with the installation.

    Window Replacement

    The service was above and beyond professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. We love our new windows and the experience was amazing.

    Windows Installation

    Got our windows replaced all throughout the house. Thank you to Erik for all of his suggestions. Also thanks to the installation team of Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel, and Rey. Things went smoothly and the work that was done is appreciated.

    replacing windows in older home

    I just used Casa Bella windows to replace most of the windows in our older home this month. THE BEST customer service I have had after a 2 year renovation from roof to furnace and absolutely everything in between! Every person that helped with with this project at Casa Bella was friendly, efficient, professional and wonderful. The job was done exactly as promised, exactly in the time frame that was promised and always with a "no problem" attitude. The job was meticulously done and working with them was a pleasure. I highly recommend Casa Bella Windows!!

    Full home Window Replacements

    Casa Bella was recommended by a customer of theirs, and one of the best decisions we have ever made. 18 years of builder grade windows with heavy leaks and condensation were in need of replacing. Our salesman Eric, who i’d like to call my friend, explained the selection of products and installation process in full detail, even gave us a tour of the plant. He was accommodating by giving us us a few samples to place on our window sill to assist us in selecting our colour . Casa Bella’s prices are industry average, but their professionalism, installation, mechanisms, and warranty supersede any competition. Even his sales coworker assisted us when we showed up unexpectedly to the showroom. It goes to show they stop at nothing to take care of a Casa Bella customer. Over the three days, our installation went smooth and super clean. Our installers, Kyle, Chris, Josh and Manny were awesome and very professional. They went above and beyond for us.  Chris and Kyle realigned our double entry door which was not sitting or locking properly which made us very happy as it had been like that for a while. Josh was equally amazing as he touched up the many scratches, caping the door lentil and adding the matching commercial brown colour of caulking. That was a total surprise to us. Door looks like a brand new install. Chris also fixed the screen on our patio door.  The sliding wheel had popped out of its bracket, repaired and now slides smoothly. The bay window also looks amazing as they added matching bull nosing on the exterior which I didn't know they were doing and wasn’t even on the contract. The icing on the cake is when we received a thank you card via mail by our installers and Eric thanking us for our business and hospitality.     Windows replacement

    Replacing your home windows is one of the top renovations a home owner can do for comfort, looks, and security. Many companies state they have the best product and price, but where do they stand in customer service and in the installation process? Casa Bella windows and doors was recommended by a neighbouring customer of theirs and was one of the best decisions we have ever made. “Eric” our salesman who I would like to call my friend, was knowledgeable and accommodating in recommending certain window applications and designs. He was a pleasure to deal with. Casa Bella’s prices are industry average but their service, installation, mechanisms, and warranty supersede the competition. During our flip flopping of styles and colours, even his sales coworker assisted us when we showed up unexpectedly to the showroom. It goes to show they stop at nothing to take care of a Casa Bella customer. Over the three days, our installation went smooth and clean.     Window replacement

    Timely, professional and friendly installers...willing and able to provide installation options / preferences and flexibility to ensure optimal installation. Competively priced quality products. This is my second house in which I have used Casa Bella. The first time was 7 years ago with no issues with any of the windows or doors. Professional company with competent friendly personnel.

    Window installation

    Our installation date was pulled forward and the crew completed the work professionally and efficiently. As it was winter we were appreciative of how quickly they were able to have the windows installed. I was also very impressed with our sales person, Ronnie, who was very knowledgeable about the entire process. His follow through was exceptional and helped us every step of the way.

    Basement windows and one door replaced.

    Knowledgeable, pleasant staff. They manufacture their own windows. They were on time, and left the job neat and tidy. Great workmanship !!!!

    Patio doors in solarium

    The project was slightly delayed due to rain. But once it was started it went with surgical precision from begin to finish. A team of four finished the job in less than one day. The crews were polite and pleasant. The job site was clean.The doors look beautiful. I highly recommend them for future works.
