    New triple pane windows

    The product was great, as expected. The work crew was pleasant, courteous and accommodated all our needs. The work was done carefully and cleanly. We were completely satisfied with the installation, trim work and finishes. The sales experience was excellent. Our delivery date constraints were met. In summary, we are very satisfied with the entire experience with Casa Bella. They lived up to the excellent ratings on HomeStar.

    Windows and Sliding Door Install

    We are very impressed with the service and install from Casa Bella Windows. Ronnie, my go to sales associate, was incredible at explaining the benefits of going with a trusted window company to my mother in law and assured her that the job would be completed in a timely manner with quality workmanship. At the time of measurement, Devon was equally knowledgable and helpful in answering all the questions my mother in law had. True to their words, intsallers Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel and Mike did not skip a beat. They were courteous, clean and detailed oriented. Truly wonderful installers and people. I thank you all for a job well done and will not hesitate to continue to send business your way.

    Replaced windows

    I replaced three windows in my house and am thrilled with the result. They have increased the curb appeal and the energy efficiency of the house. German was patient and prompt in replying to my many questions. Mike, Ray and Eric did a fabulous installation, coming up with an innovative solution to my aluminum capping misgivings. I highly recommend Casa Bella.

    All windows and patio door replacement

    If you need windows or doors, I would recommend German who used to be an installer himself, therefore he can answer any questions you have in mind. I also appreciate the way he handled my first call to Casa Bella, it was during the peak of GreenON rebate period early summer, he came across as an honest, soft spoken person who will not try to up sell you products that you don't need. He always respond to emails/calls in a timely manner and I was given the quote shortly after we met. He always keeps me up to date on the installation schedule and explained everything clearly. I had my whole house windows and 1 patio door replaced, they look great. The installation crew led by Simon is fast, efficient and courteous, completed the installation on time. Simon did all the leveling of the windows after they are put in to ensure proper functioning of the windows, he did an amazing job with my 2nd floor bay window, the exterior is all capped and caulked beautifully, he went above and beyond to replace the screws in silver (after they are in place on second level) by darker screws to match with the exterior color so that they blend in without even me asking. He did all the exterior caulking meticulously. He did some fancy trim work around my kitchen window and cut the trim to match the contour of the marble edge on my back splash. They turned out great, he takes pride of his work. The rest of the crew Chris/Ben/Rajiv also did great job with the wood trim, exterior trim, cleanup.

    Window and Door Replacement

    I recently had all of my windows and doors replaced in my home. I interviewed 3 different companies. Ronnie, at Casabella, was the ONLY person who actually: 1. returned calls 2. gave me a prompt quote 3. answered follow up questions before a contract was in place 4. changed items on proposed contract until I was completely happy. Their pricing was very fair in comparison with other companies. The quality thus far is top notch. Simon and his team installed our windows and doors in 4 days with a few normal setbacks. They were professional, punctual, communicative, friendly, and tidy. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

    Window and door replacement

    We chose Casa Bella to replace all our windows and 3 sliding glass doors after the great job they did on our front door a couple of years ago. I had gotten their name from a friend who had gotten their name from a friend. They are deserving of all the good word of mouth. From beginning to end the process was easy. This is a professional company that cares. From sales to installers to the office, I can't say enough good things about them. They make sure that you are a happy client. Its the little things that count. I do not hesitate to give them 5 stars all the way.

    Window Replacement

    We chose Casa Bella for our window replacements after a lot of looking around on the internet. We checked out the reviews of many companies and interviewed 3-4 of them that had stellar reviews. What separates Casa Bella from the rest was that they made their own triple glazed windows. This was very important to us as windows are exposed to the elements and they have to be made right and installed right. The one thing that stood out all along was that they kept their promises. From the sales associate, Ronnie to Simon, the lead installer and his crew, all of them took their work seriously and delivered on promises. I can’t stress enough on how important that factor is for us clients! The work was completed smoothly and without any major issues. The installation team was very respectful and professional. In a nutshell, Casa Bella is a large company that has figured out how to provide the personal touch and service that you would find in a small family owned business!

    WINDOW REPLACEMENT

    I used Casa Bella Windows after interviewing 5 other companies. I found their pricing to be very competitive & their product to be superior in quality. I found my Sales Contact , Ronnie Pascua to be excellent in service & follow-up. The installers who I met for the 2 day job were very tidy, friendly, & did everything efficiently.     Family room, kitchen windows and patio door replacement

    Casa Bella Windows offered a competitive price, great customer service on both the quote and sales side all the way through to the install and clean up, followed by a phone call to check everything was ok.

    Replaced our windows

    Casa Bella was great! Our sales rep was kind, informative, and walked us through everything step by step. The installers were courteous, careful not to make a mess and very friendly.
