    Window and Door Install

    I interviewed 8 window companies for our project and was impressed with Casa Bella's estimator. He was very knowledgeable about their product and answered just about all of my questions before I had a chance to ask them. We call this year our renovation year because we have had 6 different contracting companies for different jobs in our house. The installation team that was sent to our house to install our windows and doors were by far the best team yet. Their work exceeded our expectations and they were extremely polite. We have had endless compliments on the fantastic work they did. Thank you Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel and Rey.

    Architectural Plus windows throughout

    I had to replace 13 windows and found Casa Bella on Homestars after seeing them in our neighborhood a few times and was pleased to chat with German, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my list of questions and he was very responsive while dealing with him throughout the process. I received cheaper quotes, by what seemed like reputable companies with products I would be confident to put in my home but German left a good trustworthy impression on me from the start so I went with my gut and I'm so happy I did. The Architectural Plus series windows that we went with are fantastic. The team showed up on the first day, down a few men, with only two working it was a tough start on a rainy (in January?) Monday but the two men who were here worked hard. Illness and things happen, such is life, but these guys were fantastic and did as much as they could in the circumstances. The next two days we had a full house and they were finished in the time frame of 3 days like they stated they would be. They didn't miss a beat. SO no complaints here. Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel and Josh were great and definitely did their job representing their employer because they were all extremely polite, professional and hardworking. Great job guys, my windows look great!! Now, about the product, I have to say I am so impressed, they do their job, without a doubt, my home is far warmer and standing right next to the window where you used to feel nothing but freezing cold is now toasty warm. I used to hear one of my neighbors dogs barking in their backyard EVERY morning, like the dog was beside me and now it's so muffled, I'm like is that even a dog? I can't brag about my windows enough! I definitely would recommend this company. 100%

    Door Replacement

    Casa Bella replaced the 3 exterior doors of our home. Their work and attention to detail were excellent. The trim work was exceptional and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their home.

    Brand new windows for our home

    Casa Bella replaced all the windows for our home. The staff was courteous, tidy, and, most importantly, very fast. In less then one week, they had replaced all the windows and doors. A bit thanks to to Casa Bella!

    Window replacement

    The installation team was very professional and knowledgable. They answered all questions my husband had. They also cleaned up after they werre done. The job took two days, I was very pleased after the first day with how neat the job was before they had even finished.

    Windows and Door Replacement

    I would like to commend Casa Bella Windows and Doors for the outstanding window and door installation renovation they completed this past December 2017. Ted Schlosser put me in touch with the experienced German Rojas who came to our home to present the different types of window options as well as provide his much-needed input: from suggesting which direction the windows should open to the type of trim that should be used; he was there the entire way through. On the day of installation, Billy, Donny, Andrew and Noel showed up on time and ready to work. For two days straight, these gentlemen worked diligently (in minus 15-degree temperatures), to remove old windows with rotten framing (brick to brick), and installed beautiful windows and a new front door. After the job was completed, there was one very small clip that they wanted to replace, but they did not have it. The next morning at 9 am sharp, they were at my “new” door, clip in hand. I found out that they traveled from Hamilton to my home in Thornhill. To drive one hour in rush hour from Hamilton just to replace a clip speaks volumes! I would highly recommend Casa Bella Windows and Doors to anyone that is looking to replace their windows or a new door. They are professional, courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. They even moved a piano away from a window, so it could be replaced. Thank you Ted, German, Billy, Donny, Andrew and Noel for a job well done!

    Replacement of Windows and Doors

    We used Casa Bella to replace our windows and front door and couldn't be happier. Our experience started with Dan Taylor who came out to meet with us...he was wonderful, answered all our questions and contributed some of his recommendations which was very helpful. Casa Bella's installers were also very professional, courteous and polite. My front fiberglass door is my favourite and I get so many compliments on it. I would highly recommend Casa Bella.

    Side door for house

    Ricardo, Ray and team performed a superb installation job with meticulous planning which helped me plan around my schedule perfectly. Their craftsmanship was exquisite and were very cordial. This is the second time I am using this company and am planning to use them next year for another project. Thank you Casabella

    Change all the windows and sliding door in our house

    After a few quotes and interviews with other companies sales we decided to go with Bella. Dan Taylor was our sales man. He really took the time to explained everything to both my wife and myself, and my wife have tons of questions. We were very comfortable with Dan and that's one of the reason we went with Casa Bella. The installation crew, amazing! The reviews from homestars didn't disappoint at all! Casa Bella did a great job with the entire windows and sliding door replacement at our house. The crew was punctual all the time, nice and polite and really diligent with their work. All flooring was protected and the guys wore boots cover and always clean up their work at the end of the day. Pricing was very competitive and estimates were detailed. The installation went smoothly despite the cold weather. 5 ⭐️ all the way.

    Brick to brick window replacement - entire house and sliding door replacement

    From German (sales) to Bill (installation) and the crew, Casa Bella did a great job with entire house windows and sliding door replacement at my mom's house. The crew was punctual and really diligent about taking care not to damage the inside of the house while working there. All flooring was protected and the guys were all super nice. We went with Casa Bella because a few family members highly recommended them and we can see why. Pricing was very competitive and estimates were detailed. The installation went smoothly despite the cold weather. Next up...my house
