Casa Bella Windows has provided a great service for me and my family. They promptly and timely fashion brought in my order. They had a very friendly staff and customer service was great - Answered all my questions! 100% Recommended!

From the very beginning, Casa Bella has been fantastic. We got many quotes from companies that were recommended by family etc and decided that Casa Bella was the best for us. Cost was incredibly comparable as other companies wanted more than double for the same job and the same quality of window. Our door was half custom and cost us a quarter the price of the competition. The installation crew was great. I will be requesting the same crew back for the remainder of my house next year. The manager made sure I was aware of every issue along the way and how to correct the problems. They were not a company to "hide" the issues. They were very upfront and honest and explained why. My brick on my house looked straight with my old windows but with the new it is a little crooked as the house has settled. The team made sure I knew why and answered any questions I had. They were clean and respectful of my home. I am extremely happy with Casa Bella and recommend them to everyone!

It was a pleasure doing business with Casa Bella. The installation crew was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price. I would highly recommend them.

We replaced all windows in our house. The quote was significantly cheaper than the other quotes we had. The guys were very nice and tidied up every evening. The windows look good. Only downside, the job could have been completed faster, they left early most days.

After meeting with several potential companies and hearing the same song and dance, I was finally rescued from the direct sales pitch when Casa Bella arrived at my home. They took the time to first address our needs and then walked us thoroughout our home indicating options and expalining why they would or wouldn't use styles that we had already been told to go with. Throughout the consultation the agent was honest and his knowledge and expereince came through without the standard sales lines that we had heard. We signed the contract and within days we had a return visit to measure and prepare us for what was required. The actual installation was incredible. The crew was friendly, respectful and took care with everything they did. We left the foreman a key and every day we came home to new windows and frames without a mess or any indication that there was construction going on. The sales manager came towards the end of the week and inspected the work and asked if there was anything we needed. The entire expereince was incredible and we are loving the draftless new windows that actually work! We would not only use Casa Bella again but would also reccomend them to anyone who requires new windows and frames

Beautiful job! Completed on schedule. Patio door, brickwork, rear entry door, all the finishings .. completely transformed the back view of my house. Very happy with the final result. Thank you so much!

Although it’s a late review, we had to write on the excellent job carried out by Casa Bella windows in September 2010. Our's being an old house, we thought of replacing the 5 windows and took quotes from many, but we finally settled for Casa Bella as something in them struck us as genuine and the cost was reasonable too. So we ended up doing all of the 11 windows and the last winter we could actually see the difference in our heating cost. The windows are a beauty and the workmanship is excellent. Cheers to Casa Bella and its efficient team, we will definitely be calling them for our door replacements too.

Casa Bella Windows recently installed a door system to the front entrance of my house. I can't believe the difference it made our home's street appeal ! 10 stars go out to the quality of the product. I can't say enough about the courteous installers who took care of us in a timely and efficient manner. I also got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with our purchase.
