Front door
As several of our neighbours had used Casa Bella to replace their doors and windows, they were the first company we contacted for a quote. Not only was the price reasonable, the consultant was very helpful in making recommendations that would better suit our home and lifestyle, as I had no idea the choices and decisions involved in choosing a front door. The installers were extraordinarily professional and ensured the area was spotless when they left, also taking into consideration the dust their work would spread, moving their work area to cause minimal residue in our living space. We had purchased a keypad/remote control lock for the door and the installers stayed to ensure that it was working properly and that we also knew how to use it; not expected but greatly appreciated! Should we have the opportunity, we will use Casa Bella again, without a doubt.

Window Replacement
We've replaced our windows using 3 separate contractors. By far, the experience at Casa Bella was the best. While they were bigger than some of the other guys, they kept their prices competitive. The windows are great and the drifwood colour gets lots of compliments. The real heros are the installation crew, the 3 guys we had were courteous, professional and always willing to take the extra bit of care to make the installation perfect. Kevin was very nice to deal with, I would got them on a recommendation of a co-worker and have referred them to other friends too.

Replacement Patio/french door
We saw Casa Bellow Windows at the Home Show (Spring 2011) and had them in to give us a quote. Right from the 'get go' Casa Bella were by far the most thorough, professional, and competitive in terms of pricing. Adi Klausner answered all of our questions and concerns and as a bonus, he's a really nice guy! We are delighted with our new door and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. When it is time to get our windows replaced, Casa Bella will be the ones we call. We are very satisfied.

Replacement of Windows on Front of House
We were impressed with Casa Bella from the time of the initial quote - Nick was very professional and informative and did not pressure us in any way (as I know is the case with other window companies). The job was started on the scheduled date and completed on time. During installation,the crew was a pleasure to have in our home. They were professional, courteous and clean. The new windows look great.

Windows in the front of my house
I was very impressed with the initial visit from Case Bella. They were the first company I called and was VERY impressed by their price and service. Being a good shopper, I had to do some comparison shopping and was shocked that CB was not offering me the same warranty as others but at the same price. I was well into negiotations at this point and had decided to go with CB when I realized that they were omitting the warranty part of the discussion. After several harsh calls, I got their price to where others were offering and was happy with the service. I was also not crazy about having to paint so much trim work as, for some reason, my windows did not fit directly into the existing frames. This did not seem to come up with other companies. But maybe, that too was hidden by them.

replaced 5 year old windows with new vinyl windows
Spent money 5 years ago to replace old wood window wont mention company , which were retro fit and installed incorrectly . Found Casa Bella windows after several other quotes. Replaced 5 year old windows with 2 vinyl casement windows brick to brick and 1 four panel bow window. Also replaced casings around all windows what a great job, the team of Devon the sales man and the installers Mike, Ross, Bill were excellent. Would recommend them to anyone replacing windows and they were not the most expensive of all the quotes, as a matter of fact they were far less,( hard to beleive they do a GREAT JOB and GREAT WINDOW for that price). In closing to anyone take my review to heart I should have gone with CASA BELLA the first time! Thomas K Toronto

REPLACING WINDOWS
THE WORKMANSHIP ON THE WINDOWS WAS EXCELLENT. THE WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WELL DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NEEDING WINDOWS. THE OVERALL ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND THE CLEAN UP WAS EXTREMELY WELL DONE. EXCELLENT JOB!!!

Replaced old windows with quality vinyl windows, 1st rate product.
From the start Casabella's sales representative(Al) gave us a clear, concise and excellent plan for replacing our windows. The installers, Ricardo, Jamie and Ray worked efficiently and took great care to clean up as they went. We chose Casabella because we knew the excellent quality of both product and work, as last year they had installed new windows at our daughter's home in Hamilton. We have no hesitation in recommending them to our family and friends.

4 windows, Patio Door and new Front Door
From our initial meeting and quoting to the finished product we were very pleased with our Casa Bella experience. We had 3 other companies quote they all came in higher. There was a small problem with one of the patio doors and Casa Bella got a technician out ASAP to fixit. Very impressive customer service.

Replacement of 21 windows
Casa Bella is the epitome of a well-run company. Before we went ahead with Casa Bella we had 4 other quotes, and Casa Bella came out as the best price, best quality and also most well presented company of the 5 we looked at. There was absolutely NO pressure at all, in fact they encouraged us to shop around and make sure we are happy with what we purchase. Nick was amazing to deal with and helped us understand the different styles and his professional opinions helped us make our final decisions that much easier. Darin and the installation crew did an immaculate job from the measuring, to installation, to the final finishing touches. We had a minor issue with a couple screens from the initial installation, and Darin was here the very next week with brand new screens, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Our experience with Casa Bella was absolutely amazing, and we cannot be happier with the outcome of the job. As soon as we changed the windows, the heat had to be turned down 1-2 degrees instantly. We have got nothing but compliments from friends and neighbors, and we cannot possibly be happier that we went with Casa Bella. We are already planning and looking forward to getting our doors done with Casa Bella very soon!! Thanks Casa Bella for a job well done!
