Craig provided friendly and competent service! He provided an accurate quote, was punctual, and completed the job quickly. Throughout my dealings with him - from the initial call to job completion - I had no doubts that I had hired the right person. I can see why his company won the Best of 2010 award. Highly recommended.

Craig and his crew did a great job of removing my tree and trimming others and i was very happy with it. They were very quick & efficient, removed all the debris neatly.

Craig was amazing in rescuing 2 cats stuck in a tree for at least 6 nights. One cat was at least 40 feet up and had wedged itself in a Y section of the thin branch. Craig was very professional and very proficient at rescuing these cats. Craig was contracted through Toronto Animal Services and unfortunately due to their staff being stretched the cats had to spend 2 additional nights in the cold and wind. They miraculously survived, so they could be successfully rescued. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Craig is truly a super hero. On a Saturday afternoon our little cat climbed up a tall elm tree in our neighbours' yard, getting stuck at approx. 30 feet on some incredibly thin branches. Craig came the next morning and surveyed the area, promising us he would get him down. Not only was the tree and it's branches incredibly thin (seemingly unsuited for supporting anyone), but the rain that had been pouring down on and off all morning had turned into a pretty scary hail/sleet storm (this was the beginning of April) making the conditions more than a little bit treacherous. Without hesitation Craig climbed up and was able to coax the immensely scared little guy over to him, extending himself onto these thin branches. He wasn't coming down until the kitten was safe, and my family and I are so appreciative for his commitment. Within 20 minutes, our cat was returned to us unharmed (minus some mild shock and exhaustion) and is currently resting up, safely at home. How many people would drive a long way, on a Sunday, in horrible weather and risk their lives, for a cat? Thank you so much, Craig.

Craig and the crew took their time and delivered beyond expectations. Craig not only did exactly what he said he would but also a few extra things while on the job like fixing up our Dwarf Lilac tree. Fantastic friendly service and left no evidence they were around - great clean up. We really appreciate the great job and will without a doubt recommend your service. Thanks

Craig showed up on time, did more than he had originally planned and took the same reasonable price for it all the same. The trees in my backyard, a bunch of unruly maples, now look great. The CB Tree team cleaned everything up in no time at all - Craig's card is definitely going in my "services to reuse" folder! I recommend them heartily.

I had 2 ash trees down after a wind storm and called Craig from CB Tree Experts around lunchtime. He was at my house by 2 pm and both trees were cut down in 3 1/2 hours. Excellent service and I would recommend the to anyone.

My cat was stuck up in a tree. Fire department does nothing now. Animal services waits atleast 72 hours to come. It's winter, my cat was terrified meoxing endlessly. CB Tree Experts came within six hours of my request to get my cat out! They were gracious, fast, and gentle with her. Thank you...

We wanted our tree removed because it looked like it would fall over during a storm. Craig from CB Tree looked at our tree and said it was still healthy. We decided to have the tree trimmed. Craig and his team trimmed the tree to the maxium allowed. The tree looks safe and we saved time and money not going through the permit process getting the tree removed. They did a great job but call early as they are very busy.
