    bar stools

    I do NOT recommend this store to anyone!! I recently went to this store to purchase two bar stools, I was very pleased with their selection and couldnt be more excited to take the product home, unfortunately that never happened!... I chose two stools at first that they told me would arrive in 2 weeks, 4 weeks went by and NO STOOLS!!... I kept calling them to know what was taking so long, and they kept saying they would call me back and never did. Finally they tell me that their entire stock of those chairs were damaged and they werent able to get anymore in. Sooo I went back to the store and chose another stool, which was also expected to arrive in two weeks. After two weeks go by, I start calling them, asking them to please let me know the status on the order, they keep promising to call back and never do. Finally almost three weeks go by, and after I call them they tell me they arent sure when the stools will be available. I was soooooo mad, I couldnt believe I spent almost 2 months waiting for nothing, went back and got my money!! GOOD NEWS!! there is a store downtown call visitor parking (visitorparking.com), they have the same exact stools, same prices but MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!.... got the stools in under 2 weeks!!

    This client was told at the time of purchase that these stools normaly take 2-3 weeks. We unfortunatley were caught in a back order from the supplier and let the client know that. She was given the option of a refund or she could wait on the product. The back order continued and as a result she opted for a refund and was given so without malice. I am happy to hear that she did find what she wanted but she was not given poor customer service at any point and her numerous phone calls were answered right away. **Note to all consumers. Please take into account, when on sites like these, that Chair Source services over 2500 clients a year and has been doing so for over 20 years with only this handful of disgruntled clients. We have a beautiful showroom with helpful experienced staff. I have had dozens of client attempt to post positive reviews but unless I pay Homestars a monthly "account management fee", they are NEVER posted. This is how they extort monies from honest businesses. Please do not support this site by posting or visiting them on line.

    Chair

    There are lots of choices to select from and some are priced competitively. However, they do not have a delivery service so you have to arrange your own. Overall, I am fairly satisfied with the experience.
