Roofer's workmanship is the most important part on roofing installation, no matter what kind of roofing materials you choose. I am fortunate to have Cherry & Clark Roofing team to replace my over 20 years old roof with GAF system. They were really working by heart. They arranged everything very organized. They hooked up all items together precisely with their excellent workmanship, as well as seams caulking. They were very supportive, patient with friendly smile. Needless to say, their works were far higher than GAF's requirement. All in all, their installation were outstanding. They got perfect on my harsh standard. Don and his colleagues at Cherry & Clark came up with a fix to solve a major condensation build up problem in the attic of our old house. They removed eavestroughs and installed baffles through the soffits and facia boards to let air into the attic. This also required removing bricks from the top of the wall to create a way to install the baffles. The old eavestrough was not draining properly anyway and creating its own problems. The finished job is excellent. The crew was pleasant and efficient and they cleaned up completely afterwards. Well done!

We had leaf guards put in yesterday and let me just say the 3 men that came to do the install were TERRIFFIC !!! They explained everything to my husband and worked very efficiently . We feel very comfortable in using your company. Please keep up the GOOD work. Regards Shelley Dunn

I'm very late in posting this. Manu thanks, for coming out on short notice to help us with our concerns, many years after original installation. Turns out, our issue was with little unwanted pests taking up residence where they should't !! Thanks again for the honest straight forward advice!!

Everything went well. Steve was prompt and helpful.. WHen quoting, I discussed whether we should remove old shingles or add a second layer. I thought they would push for removal because they would make more money but not the case. Common sense prevailed! the job took less time than estimated because the crew was large. He cHecked the job afterwards before asking for payment.

We were very impressed with Cherry and Clark right from the first contact we received from them. Even when held up in traffic when coming to meet at our home, we received a phone call letting us know of the delay. The customer service we received at every step was incredible and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I was thoroughly impressed. Their sales rep was informative and friendly, and gave me cost estimates for every possibility (as I wasn't sure if the sub-roofing would need replacing). Their pricing was better than the other companies I looked into, and some of those couldn't assure me that their crews were fully insured. Their office kept me appraised of schedule changes due to weather. The roofing team showed up early-morning as planned and set up their equipment, but waited until 8 AM to begin, so that they didn't disturb the neighbours too early. The foreman was cordial and informative, and his team were friendly. They set up tarps and plywood to protect the windows of both our house and our neighbour's. And they paid close attention to my concerns about keeping the neighbour's laneway clear of nails and shingles, so that their tenants' children were safe. (I went over with my magnet sweeper just to double-check for nails, and didn't find a single nail or scrap.) I'd happily recommend this company to anyone.
