Very professional company. They have changed my roof beautifully. I had a very big roof and most companies refused to take the job. They took it and finished it with perfection. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them to everyone.

Cherry & Clark Roofing was the company I choose over 5 other companies. I researched and vetted every one.....I choose Cherry & Clark because their Sr. Estimator was amazing...explained everything, sat in my kitchen and answered all of my questions, and at no time was I overwhelmed. The crew...wow....amazing...so polite, caring, hard-w0rking, and left my property perfect every night. My neighbours were impressed too! I would recommend Cherry & Clark for anyone who wants good quality, professionalism, and care of their project.

Jim Slack came over and inspected my roof. It was in poor condition and since rain was forecast he sealed a number of areas that were allowing water through. Jim went above and beyond to minimize any damage from leaks even though the new roof was to be installed in about two weeks. Roof install was supposed to occur on October 15th. By 10:00 no one had shown up so I called and the crew was stuck on another job and wouldn't arrive until the afternoon. They called again after lunch and said they couldn't come that day since rain was forecast in the afternoon. Wasted a day off work and would have appreciated a little notice that they couldn't come. They did come the next day and did a reasonable job. Left behind a bit of a mess and clearly didn't clear the gutters as I found nails and bits of old shingle all through the winter in one of the downpipes leading from the upper roof to garage roof. Quality of work was pretty decent. Had to call them back for a small fix this week and Cherry and Clark was there within about two hours and corrected the problem. Couldn't ask for anything better than that! Overall, the experience was pretty good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

We had our roof, eavetroughs and fascias replaced. Cherry & Clark Roofing had our roof done in no time! The workers were very respectful of our property and left no mess behind. After a minor hiccup, they found a solution to the problem and had our eavetroughs and fascias done all according to the price on our contract. Our house looks beautiful and we have even had neighbours comment that ours is now the nicest on the street! We are definitely going to recommended Cherry & Clark Roofing to friends and family!! We were initially shocked at the price of repairing our wee flat roof but quickly realized you get what you pay for. We initially received three quotes for this job but quickly decided to go with Cherry & Clark not only because of these reviews but for one extremely important factor - communication. From the very beginning of the project, we were kept in the loop and had options clearly explained. This company went beyond our expectations. The repair was complicated but not daunting for that amazing - and I do mean amazing - crew. They worked so hard, and it was very hot that day, but continued on until the job was completed at midnight. Friendly, well-mannered men - thank you. One suggestion - bring lights! We were lucky to have one ourselves, which the crew used, but bigger and better would have been easier for them. This company offers full warranty protection, stands behind its service and communication is excellent. We would certainly recommend them and actually already have! Thanks Reg, C&R Team and the roof guys. Good job all around. Nothing personal, but hopefully we won't be meeting again for another 20 years! Now bring on the rain!

Very professional and efficient. We have had work done on our home in the past and have never experienced the the step by step guidance provided by Cherry & Clarke. My wife and I were very pleased with the communication provided. We have heard many horror stories from family and friends about roofing companies but we are happy to say, QUALITY & SERVICE FIRST, money second. I had my roof shingles replaced by Cherry and Clark My salesman was Gary Ward and he was very professional and very informative. The installing crew were very courteous and professional. They removed and installed the roof shingles as well all the metal flashings with great craftsmanship. The cleaned up the site and were very professional. This is a great company to do business with

Cherry and Clark just installed a new roof and eaves troughs for us and we are really happy with their work, the product and the entire experience. Chris and his teams looked after us very well. They are very knowledgeable, professional people who communicate very well. They took great care and concern for us as a customer, they listened to our needs , answered every question (and I ask a lot !), made sure we understood our choices and carried out everything flawlessly. Two different supervisors checked several times during the old roof removal and new installation to ensure the job was being done as required. The crew worked extremely hard and I saw that they were meticulous in how they placed both the liners and shingles. Likewise, the eaves troughs also look great and were well installed. They tarped over the gardens and cleaned up really well - made sure not a spec of debris or nails were left in our yard, they even tarped and swept our neighbours driveway just in case ! We got 4 roof quotes and although 2 of the others seemed to be pretty good initially, I am positive we got the best value and quality for our money with Cherry and Clark. Was it the lowest quote ? no, but we didn’t get junk shingles and a useless warranty. Unlike the last roof on our house when we bought it (which only lasted 10 years), the GAF Timberline product and the 50 year full replacement warranty (in writing) give us peace of mind that we won’t have to replace this roof for several decades, also transferable up to 20 years if we sell the house. No muss, no fuss, excellent work and excellent customer service from quote to finish, we couldn’t be happier. I’d recommend this company in a heartbeat, a great experience all-round. I have been a C&C customer for over 25 years, they have installed to complete roofs and I'm always impressed with their customer service and how they back up their work. My roof was leaking and I called out C&C for consultation on what was needed to repair the roof. Mr Jode Cameron from C&C explained in clear language the nails around one of the vents were loose and need to be replace. Jode proceeded with the repair and also installed a new vent. When I inquired on the cost he explained that I was a long-time customer of C&C Roofing and he would not billed me for this work. This is why I always recommend C&C Roofing to others.Their employees show the value of have a strong customer base. Thank you Jode and C&C Roofing.
