What an excellent job! Real workmanship! True and trusted roofing at its finest! I knew Cherry and Clark would deliver and I was not disappointed. Cherry and Clark know how to do roofing right and I would absolutely, fully, completely recommend them for any roofing including eavestrough projects.

I have a large Tudor style home and used Cherry and Clark 25 years ago. the roof was still in pretty good condition but decided with other renovations to have it changed. I had 2 layers of tile on the roof and steep pitches so knew it would be on the costly side. The estimator Steve had been with the company for 40 years. Turned out he had put my old roof on 25 years ago. I did get 3 quotes but had pretty well decided I was going to go with Cherry and Clark. Turned out their quote was the most cost effective (one came in at double that). I took the top of the line 50 year tile. The job was done efficiently, neatly and clean up was great. And Steve came to inspect within hours of the roof being finished. I felt in very safe hands. We have a Facebook page (80 home owners subscribe) for our street and let everyone know the quotes I had received and my level of satisfaction with Cherry and Clark.

Very professional job, competitive quote, came on time! Cleaned all around the property when finished. Would highly recommend them. Shingles are top of the line. Handled perfectly from start to finish.

This may just be a one off for this company but I didn't have the most satisfactory experience working them. Off the bat, there were delays in getting the job started beyond the time frame they have had initially told me. The job was finally started in August 2020 and was completed in two days. Backstory to the job. I had a problem with my 3rth floor balcony in my home collecting water and leaking water into the walls and bedroom below. I asked them the company to provide a solution to the water collecting and leaking from the balcony. Few other companies I had consulted had suggested, given the design of the balcony, it was a difficult job and had not taken it on. Don had provided a solution that he stated should fix the problems. The job was completed in August and in September, when we had some rains, the water was puddling up in the the balcony again and creating puddles of debris. It wasn't leaking, the the work had held up in that regard. I tried cleaning the balcony by hosing it down and this resulted in large amounts of stagnant non-draining water on the balcony, that I only really get cleaned up by wiping towards the drains that were sloped up, and further mopping the balcony. The balcony hasn't been usable because of stagnant non-draining water, the ground always has a puddle of water and is dirty. I contacted the company multiple times by email and phone since September 2020. Don came down once to look at issue, and left saying he would get back to me about a possible solutions, but may be difficult. I haven't heard from him or any one since. Last correspondence was with Chris after I emailed them again, and he said he would call me in the new year. Haven't heard back from him either. At this point I'm not really hopeful of anything being done. And don't really have the time to be chasing after them.

Finding a reputable roofing company during Covid restrictions proved to be a challenge, until I found Cherry and Clark through a recommendation from a neighbour. The quoting process was quick and thorough, and came in lower than the two quotes I already had in hand. The roof is a combination of shingle and flat, so we had two teams. Both teams were professional and friendly. The work site was cleaned up every day. When the work was complete, billing was prompt and accurate. Great services from start to finish.

With this covid19 going on , it took longer to complete the new roof installation than expected. In the end they did a fine job . The upgrade shingles look great and the aluminum covering on the freeze boards is extra special.

We own a side split house and we always had a problem with the joint between the two levels gathering water. The installers were professional came on time and finished before the estimated time. The roof looks amazing and looking forward to many years of maintenance free.

Cherry & Clark have done several roofs for our house over the years. From their professional advice to their outstanding workmanship, their work is exceptional and I highly recommend them. The team is very friendly and efficient and did an immaculate clean-up. The metal work they did was also outstanding. A job well done--thank you!

I appreciate Yogi's patience in answering all of my questions, and he is great at following up. He came over with roof samples, and did not push any extras. The work was done very professionally and we were pleased with the great experience. Thank you.

Thanks to the crew who worked through the hot summer weather to get us dried in for the fall season. Zeljko took care of our many changes quickly and at minimum expense. Looking forward to our Aluminium work to be done this spring.
