I was recommended by a cousin of mine about Yogi the salesman very professional pleasant and knowledgeable in the products also the contracters Allan and crew very pleasant after the job finished they both clean up they left everywhere clean I definitely and highly recommend this company very professional cherry & Clark way to go.

The salesperson was responsive, knowledgeable and explained the scope of work. There was no pressure to sign on the spot. The price I felt was reasonable. They were able to schedule the work within a couple of days, as it turned out, just before the first snowfall of the season. The scheduler called two days prior to the scheduled date, informed me of the delivery of the shingles and the bin. The roofers showed up early with sufficient crew to get the job done in less than 7 hours. They used all the proper materials they said they would and from my limited view from the ground looks like it was installed correctly. My only criticism... and this is very minor... is they could have spent a little more time cleaning up afterwards. Otherwise I am very pleased with the quality of the work and my interactions with all the people I came in contact with. All phone calls and emails were responded to in a timely manner. The warranty is excellent and rivals a more expensive metal roof; it should outlast me. This homeowners experience is what all contractors, regardless of trade, should aspire to.

Very professional. All aspects of job were completed as promised. Arrived on time, completed everything in one day and cleaned up yard after the job. The roof looks great and would recommend them.

Cherry and Clark replaced my roof in June 2019. This was the second time I called on them. I appreciated very much their quick response for an estimate. The work was done at the promised time in a professional and satisfactory manner. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Service was great from start to finish. Especially appreciated the followup when I called about 2 small trim/flashing issues. They responded immediately and Terry was extremely helpful and patient in offering alternatives, and finding a solution to meet our needs. I'm very happy with the results.

Request for estimate was responded almost immediately. The visit by the estimator was as promised and the quote was delivered on a timely manner. The project was completed professionally and within the time promised. I would have no trouble recommending this company.

They did a new roof on my parents house who are very picky. The job was done in one day and they left the property clean. The crew and the staff were easy to get along with. They even fixed a part of the gutter that was damaged from the winter.

I had Cherry and Clark do all our roofs, flashing, eaves and soffits back in 2015 because they came recommended and had warranties for both the roof and workmanship. Since then we had water enter our house 4 times, last year it rained on the main floor through the pot lights and flooded the entire kitchen, this year it rained again through a pot light. They came out last year to inspect the flat roof that was suspected of leaking and said everything was great and it wasn't the roof that was the problem but the heat escaping from a bathroom near the problem area. However, the insurance company has denied our claim for interior damage citing poor workmanship by the roofer as they allowed for part of the roof to drain over the side of the wall. This week once again it has rained inside my house so I have hired an independent roof inspector who said he would rip off the flat roofs ASAP as the material that was used is not supposed to be used if a deck is to be built on top, that they cut corners, didn't flash it properly and water has come under the membrane and now there was ice damage on top of everything else. I have contacted the "warranty" department once again, they are coming to take a look again. But as it stands I have 50,000 worth of interior damage and who knows what's happening inside the walls since it seems like this was probably an issue from the start... UPDATE - Aug 1st, 2019: Bill and his crew from (Cherry & Clark) showed up today and have finally taken the time to diagnose the problems. Because of Bill's work, I am returning two stars. I will have to wait for the next rain to see if he was right and I hope that he is. I am also returning 4 more stars because it was discovered that one of the roofs was tampered with by the neighbor, and an additional issue was due to poor door installation. I wish this was the way this issue was handled from the start instead of getting the run around for a year. There are still some outstanding issues with flashing and possibly the peaked roof, along with the fact that the roof was allowed to drain onto the wall but at least there is progress now. As more work is completed I will happily return more stars.

From the first interaction I had with the folks at Cherry & Clark through to the end my experience was fantastic. They estimated the roof work that needed to be done and delivered as quoted. When they came out for the estimate they did see an issue that required immediate handling and the estimator completed a temp job until the full work could be completed. The one thing I value most of all is communication and the folks were easy to deal with, responsive, and effective. Highly recommended! Richard P
