I highly recommend Cherry & Clark roofing. You get what you pay for, a team of highly skilled and professional individuals. They removed and installed my new roof in a timely fashion.

Cherry and Clark replaced our roof in Sept 2015. In the last few years I have been hearing an occasional dripping sound in the ceiling of the master bedroom in a corner. My plumber thought it had something to do with the venting for the bathrooms and suggested that I get the roofers to check the venting. I finally called Cherry and Clark today and spoke to an employee in the warranty dept and he said they would come and check it within a week. They came within TWO hours. This is the best service that I have ever received from a contractor for a non emergency job. Thank you Cherry and Clark for such prompt service.

Estimates were done quickly and were very comprehensive about work to be done, warranty etc. The installers caused very little disruption to our day, and were done on time. Before leaving each day the installers cleaned thoroughly both the front and back yards, which included sweeping for nails, and cleaning off the back deck and patio table for debris from the roof, including fine particles that fall from the roof. Thanks very much.

The windstorm that battered Southern Ontario in early May of 2018 left us with some missing shingles and the rest of them up and waving at us. The entire roof needed replacing. We were fortunate that a neighbour quickly recommended Cherry and Clark because she was pleased with the the roof replacement they had done for her 2 years ago. I had phoned a large number of roofers hoping to have our roof checked, estimates given, and work done. All of them had answering machines and not one of them ever returned my call. In contrast, Cherry and Clark actually had a person answering the phone and she immediately arranged to have someone come out to check our roof and give us their estimate. Even though, because of the demand (they had over 650 calls in the few days after the storm), we had to wait a few weeks, it was a tremendous relief to know our roof would be taken care of. Their representative came out as soon as possible and arrangements were made to have the work done. Not only did he check the roof, he made it waterproof for us so we had no worries while we waited. By June 4th, we had a lovely new roof with fibreglass shingles and a 40-year warranty! We highly recommend Cherry and Clark!

We are very happy with the service we received from Cherry and Clark roofing from beginning to end! The estimator Steve came out and was very knowledgaeable and professional. The production manager and site supervisor Chris and Manuel were super organized. The roofers were extremely tidy. And Renelle at head office was also very helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend Cherry and Clark to my neighbours, family and friends! Thank you!

We had Cherry & Clark do our detached garage roof a couple of years ago so when recent winds took off a number of shingles on our aging roof they were our first call. Even though it was a super busy time for them their estimator was able to quote within two days of our calling them and provided a comprehensive estimate at a reasonable price. A little more than a week after signing the roofing team arrived. What an excellent crew. The guys put protection in place, worked tirelessly throughout the day and finished the job by 6pm. Their work was impeccable and their clean up thorough. You can't go wrong hiring Cherry & Clark.

In 2008 We hired Home Depot located at Winston Churchill and Dundas in Oakville to replace our roof. Home Depot sub-contracted the job to Cherry and Clark. The new BP shingles with a 40 year warranty were installed in August 2008. Ever since the new roof was installed we had nothing but problems, every time there is hi wind we worry sick about the shingles flying off the roof like tissue paper. Houses immediately located next to us were are all fine with no problem/damage but only our house. Our original roof installed by the builder was much more secured compared to the one done by Cherry and Clark. The workmanship is totally substandard. We had called Cherry & Clark and Home depot in the initial first, second and third year to come back to fix the problem and had to paid for the repair of their substandard work when the year warranty expired. We finally gave up and called other independent contractors to come do the job. However, the nightmare continues with no end in sight. With the high wind of this past Friday, three huge sections of the roof was gone. I will not recommend this company to anyone. We are not critical people, however, by sharing our bad experience hopefully will spare someone else of the same grieves that we went through. It is typical of this company to deny their responsibility based on our past dealing with this unethical company. We have all the paper work to show who did the work even though Home depot was the one we placed our order with. It is common knowledge that all Home depot and Rona type of stores contract out their work to local contractor and do not have their own crew to send to the job site. Please do not try to fool anyone.

I would like to commend Chris Pearce on what I must say is the most outstanding customer support I have received in any business over the years. Chris supported and guided me through a challenge in a roof installation that was 14 years old. He was able to provide me support to find solutions and engaged his team for a first class response. The entire team was professional and respectful. I would recommend Cherry & Clarke for any project.

Zale made all the difference, after visiting us over 7 years ago to quote us on a roof replacement we didn't have the funds to go ahead. He graciously returned and re quoted without hesitation. His guidance and assurance was nothing more than outstanding. A complicated roof where he walked us through every step of the project 1st class service and the talented crew executed the project well under difficult conditions. Lets hope we do not have any issues but I'm sure Cherry Clark will deliver the same professional service that we received from Zale since day One. Bravo excellent customer service and follow up by all
