Brent did a great job at inspecting a home I intended to buy. He found the AC was not working during the inspection, and I was able to inform the seller to fix the AC prior to closing. He was very helpful in answering our questions and in a very timely manner. I would recommend his service to anyone that requires a home inspections!

This is the 2nd time we have used Classic Home Inspections. Brent always arrives ahead of time and did a good job of inspecting the house. Brent is a true expert in his field. He conducted a very thorough inspection. Unlike other home inspectors I have come across, Brent went the extra mile. He even removed some boxes that were stored in the basement and discovered mold being hidden underneath. His job resulted me being able to add conditions in the purchase and sale agreement and later being paid by the sellers. Thank you!

Brent did a condo inspection for me and was very professional and answered all my questions. There were some issues that were discovered in the unit that I needed an electrician to look at and Bret recommended a great electrician who came and spent time understanding the issue and was honest and professional. I know it seems strange to do a condo suite inspection but as a first home buyer I was pretty nervous. Brent did a professional job as well as being a easy going guy. He answered all my questions with no problems . He look through the suite and took the time to look at everything and as well as lots of pictures for proof. At first glance, I thought it would have been a straight inspection, when I looked around the condo suite it seems fine to me. However after the inspection, Brent found a very major flaw , that I would have I never noticed. After discussing with him and my agent. I decided not to get the condo suite. I am so happy it was done, it would have been a great regret for me if the deal went through. I highly recommend Brent and his awesome service. Thank you Brent !
