    Home inspection on an old property

    I called Classic Home Inspections to do a home inspection on an old condo I purchased. Brent was kind, courteous, and best of all he was very knowledgeable! He showed up early and got right down to business. The overall assessment took about 4 hours, but I was happy that he took the time to carefully inspect my home for defects and other issues. Phenomenal Job!

    Home Inspection

    Brent Jeffreys did a great job on my home inspection. He was very thorough. He was very easy to talk to and answer any questions that I had. He updated me on my home inspection as he was completing the inspection and asked me if I had any questions throughout the process numerous times.

    Home Inspection

    Much thanks for Brent. Was able to schedule early morning. Brent did thorough inspection and found one major item that will need to address. Was very patient with my questions and knowledge was not on par with the average inpsector... Brent's knowledge was way above the average inspector. Limited to 10 score else higher deserved. Thank you Brent.

    Toronto Home Inspection

    We used Brent Jeffreys from Classic Home Inspections to review a new property we purchased in the Leslieville area. Brent was a pleasure to work with. Before the inspection started, I had called him a few times to ask him some questions and he was very helpful. On the inspection day, he was there on time and was meticulous when looking around. He was very knowledgeable and more than willing to explain things in simple terms so that we could understand. We were very pleased by his work and would definitely recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    We had the opportunity to have Brent Jeffreys from Classic Home Inspections Inc complete the inspection work on our new property. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge and understanding of all the aspects of the house. His straight forward, honest, up-front way of explaining all the items with my new home was refreshing. The issues that Brent found with my home were all clearly documented and he provided a thorough understanding of these problems and what I can expect in the future. All-in-all I am very pleased and re-assured that the expense was well worth it and would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspection!

    Excellent inspection of our house

    We had an inspector who inspected the house for leakage and any other major issues such as flooded sewage pipe, etc. Their customer service was excellent and they were able to perform the job. I was able to know that the house had a previous leakage in the basement and I was told it will require new sealant. Absolutely great inspection and well worth the money.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    We called Brent for a home inspection of a potential home for our family, and thankfully he was able to squeeze us into his schedule on short notice. He was on time and very personable. I've had home inspections done before, but this was the first time that we had a thorough home inspection done. He started in the exterior and did a full inspection of the roof, taking plenty of pictures of everything that he saw. Inside, the inspection was very detailed, including inspection of the electrical panel, basement leakage, attic, etc. Overall, the inspection took 3 hours which was great. We definitely felt like we got our money worth! The report that he produced was very comprehensive, and he took the time to make sure we understood everything that he noted. What I really appreciated in addition was Brent's loyalty. There were others viewings while the home inspection was underway, and other potential buyers were trying to pry information from him, but not once did he not share information, and he even led one of them astray! The next time I need a home inspection, Brent would be the first person I call, and I highly recommend him.

    Home inspection

    Brent was a superstar! After all the horror stories I've seen and heard about with respect to home inspectors that didn't catch things or didn't know what they were doing I was worried that we'd only find out about things after we purchased our home. Brent immediately put our minds at ease however. Brent took his time to inspect the outside and inside of the house. He explained what he saw as he conducted the inspection and even pointed out that a soccer ball under the deck might be a cause for concern as it might indicate a problem! Checking things like the central vacuum, washer and dryer, etc indicated to me that he really cared about his work. I would recommend Brent without any hesitation and will use him again if we ever move.

Home inspectors are an interesting bunch. It seems like there's no consistency among us. Some do roofs, others don't. Some look at electrical panels, some don't. Some provide a proper report, others don't. Some hide behind excuses when things are missed. Good ones don't, because they don't miss it! Ha! I can't remember the last time that I did an inspection where a soccer ball was actually going to help cause a leak into the basement. I know tennis balls up in the eaves can cause a lot of grief for people. I would like to say that I've seen it all, but nope, that was a first for me.     home inspection

    Classic Home Inspections offered a great service. Brent was able to schedule my inspection quickly to meet conditions of an offer. Brent was very personable and knowledgeable, answering any questions when asked and offering information on the go. He was very thorough and detailed. He made sure I was okay with an area in the home before moving on and going back if there were questions that arised later. I felt very confident in Brent's inspection of my home to be. I will recommend him to any of my family and friends.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    I chose this comany based on the reviews from Homestars and I was very gald that I did. Brent arrived on time and was very pleasant and freindly to deal with. He went through every nook and cranny inside and outside of the house and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. Once the inspection was completed, he gave me a full written report on the spot to take home to go over. Brent also mentioned that if I had any questions or concerns whatsoever, to fee free to give him a call anytime whether it be 5 mins later, 2 hours later or a few days later. I did have something to ask him later on that night and I took him up on his offer and called him and he picked up the phone and spoke with me even though it was almost 10pm. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Brent and Classic Home Inspections to all my friends and family! And I would definitely be calling on Brent again in the future if the need arises.
